What I like most about Moveworks is how simple it makes getting support. Instead of raising tickets and waiting, you can just type your issue in chat and get quick help. It understands normal language really well, so you don’t need to be technical.
It saves a lot of time by handling common requests like password resets and access issues automatically. This reduces workload for support teams and improves response time.
Overall, it makes the whole support process faster, smoother, and more efficient compared to traditional methods.

**What do you dislike about Moveworks?**

What I dislike about Moveworks is that sometimes it doesn’t fully understand more complex or uncommon issues, and you still need to connect with a human agent. Also, the initial setup and customization can take some time depending on the systems being used.

At times, the responses can feel a bit generic, especially when the query is not very clear. It works really well for common tasks, but for more detailed problems, it may require escalation.

Overall, these are minor drawbacks, but improving handling of complex queries would make it even better.

**What do you like best about Moveworks?**

What I like most about Moveworks is how seamlessly it integrates with tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams and can actually resolve issues without me having to raise a manual ticket. In my experience, it’s especially helpful for common IT requests such as password resets, access requests, or simply checking ticket status. It feels almost instant and cuts down on a lot of back-and-forth with support teams. The natural language understanding is surprisingly good, which makes the whole experience feel smooth and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Moveworks?**

One area Moveworks could improve is how it handles more complex or edge-case queries. It works really well for common, repetitive requests, but there are times when it doesn’t fully understand less frequent or more nuanced issues, and I still end up needing to escalate to a human agent. That interrupts what is otherwise a smooth experience.

I like how Moveworks makes it easy to find the stuff associates are looking for through the AI Search. It's a one-stop place where you can integrate many applications. With the option to index the sources, I can control the content that we want to show to users based on their roles.

The UI currently is not engaging for the associates. Also, when we integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow, it takes out a lot of useful functionalities like Taxonomy on the portal. We have an established portal that's engaging to the associates, so if it could keep the current UI we have on the portal and just integrate the Search functionality, it would be very helpful.

I like that it’s gradually getting smarter at understanding slightly complex queries, maybe due to backend improvements. The integration with Slack and Teams also feels smoother, and it rarely misses a command. Small things like that make a big difference when you’re using it day to day basis.

**What do you dislike about Moveworks?**

Sometimes, when it comes to niche projects or department-specific queries, it still gets confused or gives generic answers. If they could make it a bit more “deep of company context" or allow more customizable training, that would be great. Also once in a while the bot just stops responding and needs a restart bug, but kind of annoying when you’re in a rush.

I like that Moveworks is easy to use for the end user and easy to set up the intake and knowledge for the agent. It's convenient because we have it set up to intake issues from the end user via chat, so they just have to click on the bot and ask what it needs. I also appreciate having the ability to log in and modify what it sends and what it can review easily, which makes adding new materials and areas of scope easier. The initial setup of Moveworks was fairly easy too.

When customers get information from Moveworks, they receive links that aren't listed on the agent's side, causing chaos when agents need to take action and remediate knowledge articles. Additionally, the way to gather information on ticket deflection is limited to a thumbs up or down. I would prefer to have a button where the customer can fully confirm if the deflection was performed.

While our organization is still in the user adoption stage, many are excited about the possibilities to make things move much easier and faster!

The configuration stage has been a bit complex for our organization and this was mostly due to the data feed requirements Moveworks needed to ingest to get the desired outputs. It was a bit bumpy at first but we have cleared a good path and are heading in the right direction to improve the tool and its utilization.

Helping employees make requests and obtain information for IT Services and Human Services areas across the organization. The convenience has been highly beneficial and reduces what could be hours of searching for the right place to make a request.

It allows me to visually find where an employee is seated and hover over for additional details regarding their profile in HR. All of these features have been really helpful.

I think sometimes the hallucination gets out of hand and I think the connector setup gets hard to debug. Yeah make a better model so that hallucination stops and the connector is tough to create with OAuth2.

Just started the implementation, but it has not provided us any true value yet, hoping it gets better.

The integration with ServiceNow was not as simple as it was sold to be. Integration with other solutions such as HR tools and Workday, also was not as simple as it was sold to be. We have had to rebuild everything in SWOW to get Moveworks to provide even the slightest value.

Trying to utilize as the front door for our IT and HR ticket intake, however it has not been fruitful yet.
