Cheap and simple to implement. Easy to understand and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mousestats?

Support is non existent. They don't have a way to share recordings offline. Limit for recordings is too low. Auto tagging is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mousestats solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Mousestats?

The session replay interface is quite good, although the order of playing videos can get confusing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mousestats?

I will start saying that these guys should try their heatmaps on their own website and see how hard it is for users to find the login screen after registering.

Make note that the free account only allows access to 10 seconds of replay playback, making it completely useless. Then we noticed that the heatmaps did not make it past our login screen, so we contacted customer service. Never heard back from them. We upgraded. Asked again, and received a semi-automated response in a week's time, telling us to manually upload each screenshot from behind the login screen. A job that would take us weeks, and that other service providers do just by whitelisting the IPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
