Mountain Point worked with us to setup Salesforce CRM for both Sales and Service users. Because our data had been stored in a multitude of formats prior to the new company start-up, we needed their help to create a common data table that stored legacy data and allowed us to input new customers and projects. On the service side, they setup a case and report entry system that facilitates assignment and dispatch of field engineers that can then enter their service calls and reports directly into Salesforce. Our sales team and engineering team have live, up-to-date information on every customer they visit from their laptop or cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup of the system is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I can find all of the information I need about an opportunity, it's owner, the customer contact, and related projects with a few simple clicks. I also really like the setup of our service reports - our consultant Kirsten setup the publishing of our reports so that all tasks and daily entries can be printed out with the main report as a single document which we can hand directly to our customers. Mountain Point's help us for 3 years now on many projects: dashboard buildouts with custom reference objects, an org merge, integration to NetSuite via custom scripting, integration to D365 via Scribe, automated reporting of revenue projection from Projector PSA into Salesforce, Lightning (LEX) conversion and many more. Integrating our salesforce applications (ServiceMax) with our internal ERP based on events such as order/item creation. They also assisted with the original synchronization of the items between the environments, and will be providing further services as our needs develop in the future. I am fond of working with our account manager, Kirsten. She is incredibly responsive to our needs, and was able to help not only getting me to engineers, but also was able to assist in some day to day tasks immediately.
The primary Engineers I have been working with have all been excellent:
James Boggs - Quick to resolve a problem, not shy about telling you if something is out of his control and requires vendor support (which I like). Willing to troubleshoot live with the vendor until we had the problem resolved. If you're integrating, you want James in your corner.
Billy Weisberger - I have worked with Billy a few times, each of them went the same. I provided a clear concise goal, he met them on the first iteration. Great engineer to work with.
Andrew Reiser - I have only had to deal with Andrew once, but it was entirely unexpected when he picked up for Billy while he was on vacation for a critical item.
