Currently, if we hire a replacement and there is an onboarding overlap with the departing employee, we are charged for the additional headcount during that transition window. The program isn’t Canada-specific. Creating a new driver profile takes extra time because the insurance section isn’t automatically populated the way it is for U.S. drivers. There’s also no way to confirm whether a driver’s insurance is valid. When I log a ticket, it often takes days or even weeks to get a response or reach a resolution. Reimbursement is timely and I'm given maximum flexibility on choosing my business vehicle.
