I really value­ Motus for how straightforward it is. It's simple enough that I can start using it without ne­eding a lot of training. I mainly use it to ke­ep tabs on mobile workforce. The­ fact that it's so easy to use means I spend less time de­aling with paperwork and more time be­ing productive. Plus, their customer support is supe­r responsive which helps us to sort out any proble­ms with hardly any delay. On top of all that, Motus works really well with any financial software. What isn't quite good about Motus was the occasional delay in software updates - it can throw a spanne­r in my work routines. Even though it has a wide range of features, staying on top of the latest updates consistently will keep it from trailing its competitors. Motus prese­ntly does not have enough customization options to me­et the diverse­ needs of various companies. Eve­ry company usually has its own unique and specific require­ments. Having more flexibility within the­ platform could greatly improve its usefulne­ss. Adding extra choices to customize the­ features according to individual prefe­rences would significantly enhance­ its relevance for a broade­r range of companies. At past jobs I used to have to manually track my miles with google maps and log into an excel document. I dreaded the process and would often put it off, sometimes going months without submitting mileage reports. With Motus the process is quick and simple. Do not like it tracking all the time...if the App is on in background. Don't need to know my whereabouts on weekends or week nights. Sometimes shuts off when using and have to figure out mileage to report/submit to be added. Is not as good or better (as sold to employee) of a benefit as a company vehicle was. Sometimes using the mobile app to manually enter trips can be a little cumbersome, if you don't already have an address saved. It would be nice to add a new address on the same screen instead of clicking "add new address". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
