My company has it's field employees use Motus for our mileage tracking. I find it incredibly easy. You can set your start & end times and it picks up movement automatically. No more remembering to start it or writing down mileages!! My current favorite thing is the MemberPerks. I used the insurance comparision portion. We have 2 teenage drivers in the house, and I was able to cut my insurance bill in half!! So I'm a big fan! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Don't have any known issues. I'm not big into paying attention to my battery consumption. I just charge my phone every night. So I can't speak to the toll it takes on my phone battery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the autorecord feature and the reminders in my email to submit my milage. Its easy to delete trips that are not work related Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like a weekly reminder to submit my mileage if I still haven't submitted it yet. I thought I submitted my august mileage but I didn't relaize it was unsubmitted until I went to submit Spetmeber's mileage. Battery drain on the phone. When Motus is active, the drain on the phone battery is significant. I should also only have to have location services on WHILE IM USING THE APP. There is no reason the app needs my location all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Motus Vehicle makes tracking miles easy. It's ease of implementation to set times of travel for work, review tracking, and submitting it very efficient. I don't spend a lot of time worrying about missed miles or mistrips which makes traveling and mileage easy. Their customer support staff is always friendly and able to help me with concerns I have. The FAVR program provides equitable and defensible reimbursement rates for our drivers. The Motus team provides excellent service.

My drivers can self-service a lot of their questions and concerns through the Motus App or website as well as relying on the Member Services team to answer their questions taking a lot of the support burden off the Admin team.

MOTUS offers employers an easy way to keep your vehicle depreciation and mileage reimbursements compliant as well as offering excellent customer service and apps to help your users get the most out of this program. Not only do they handle the program itself, but their account managers can even help you decide on the yearly mileage tiers and type of reimbursement levels you want to set for your organization. They performed so well on this program that we decided to expand our partnership with MOTUS to include (business) telephone reimbursements as well.

The only complaint that I have so far about MOTUS is that their vehicle platform is separate from their telephone reimbursement platform and we have to switch between the two each month to process reimbursements for our employees. I hear this is being reviewed for future improvements, but currently that is my only gripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is easy to use and tracks mileage accurately. I don't have to remember to turn it on each time I drive somewhere. It uses true GPS mileage instead of just calculating route miles, so driving on off road job sites still tracks miles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the only downside to the app is if I'm streaming music in my car through Apple CarPlay and I open the Motus App it shuts off my music when I close Motus. It's more aggravating than anything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that when trying to manually update Travel that has already been saved, for example, because you forgot to hit Start, it is incredibly challenging to enter addresses because it places you in your current location and says it can't find or you are not near the address you're trying to modify. It also does not remember if you've named a location; it still expects you to type the address. It is confusing and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have my app set to automatically record trips during my work hours. If a trip ends up being personal, I can select that trip from that day's list and swipe to delete it. At the end of month, I submit the mileage right from the app, and payment usually hits my account within a week or so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
