**What do you like best about Motor Vehicle Search?**

What I like the most is that if the customer does not have their license plate you can always look them up by the VIN if they have that. You can see when they transferred the vehicle to a new owner and where they bought the car if it is new or they bought is used.

**What do you dislike about Motor Vehicle Search?**

Not too many things I don't like about DMV. It will time out on you if you're not using it, but other than that, it works perfectly. I think that would be the only improvement i would like to see

**What problems is Motor Vehicle Search solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suppose the customer doesn't have the plate number. We can also see the most recent owner. It also tells us if the plate was stolen or a salvage title. Motor Vehicle search helps out a lot and makes our job a lot easier.
