The interface. I hate the interface. And the minimum character requirement on this question. You're asking for my opinion and taking my time. You should be grateful for what you get instead of pushing me to just close the whole thing in frustration.

I can't find things very well. Trying to find transaction history is a disaster every time, I have no way of knowing if I missed someone commenting or reacting to something I did, or if anyone sees the comments I make, can't search for something or view posts by date or team or... And I wanted to use strikethrough once. Complete waste of my time trying it several different ways--especially since it looked like it was there, but once I posted, it wasn't. My boss had preloaded happy birthday messages in the system and scheduled a delivery date. Although you could see them in the system if you went back and hunted for them but they did not email out the way they do when you send them immediately.
