"cloogy, non-obvious interface"

What do you like best about Motivosity?

um....I guess that it's extra money I get, but I shouldn't need to be rewarded with extra $ to be a decent human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

The interface. I hate the interface. And the minimum character requirement on this question. You're asking for my opinion and taking my time. You should be grateful for what you get instead of pushing me to just close the whole thing in frustration.

I can't find things very well. Trying to find transaction history is a disaster every time, I have no way of knowing if I missed someone commenting or reacting to something I did, or if anyone sees the comments I make, can't search for something or view posts by date or team or... And I wanted to use strikethrough once. Complete waste of my time trying it several different ways--especially since it looked like it was there, but once I posted, it wasn't. What do you like best about Motivosity?

I use Motivosity regularly to recognize and appreciate my colleagues' contributions and achievements. The platform makes it easy to give meaningful recognition, celebrate milestones, and foster a positive workplace culture. What I like the most is its user-friendly interface and the ability to quickly acknowledge team members for their efforts. The peer-to-peer recognition feature helps boost morale and encourages collaboration across teams. The initial setup was straightforward and easy to follow, and I was able to start using the platform with minimal effort and little to no training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform works well overall but I would like more customization options and a smoother experience when navigating some features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly, a lot of options to choose to redeem"
5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

What I like best about Motivosity is how it makes appreciation intentional, visible, and meaningful. It’s not just a “thank you” behind the scenes—recognition is shared, tied to company values, and reinforces positive behaviors. I also love that it creates a culture where people regularly acknowledge impact, not just outcomes, which makes appreciation feel genuine rather than transactional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

The user experience could be more intuitive, and it sometimes feels a bit transactional. Improving navigation and personalization would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It feels good to be thankful!"
5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

It's an easy to use platform to help show appreciation to your co-workers. It's not needlessly complicated which would be a deterrent from using it. It's an easy way to get in, thank people for even the small things, and then get out to keep working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

My boss had preloaded happy birthday messages in the system and scheduled a delivery date. Although you could see them in the system if you went back and hunted for them but they did not email out the way they do when you send them immediately. I doubt most of my co-workers knew that the effort was made to with them a happy birthday which is a shame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fantastic platform that makes recognition effortless"

What do you like best about Motivosity?

I really like how simple and intuitive Motivosity is to use. It makes recognizing teammates fast, meaningful, and enjoyable. The clean interface, activity feed, and reward options help create a positive work culture where appreciation feels natural. It encourages consistent engagement and makes it easy to celebrate small wins across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

There isn’t much to dislike, but occasionally the platform could be a bit smoother in terms of loading speed and navigation between sections. A few more personalization options for profiles and notifications would make it even better. These are small areas for improvement, and overall the experience is still very positive. What do you like best about Motivosity?

I like the idea, and the fact that giving bucks works quite smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

I don't remember my appreciations/bucks given, and I want to review them every month when I give my monthly bucks - but I can't. Somehow I got to see them now but I remember trying to view them and each time it's just loading and loading and nothing happens. I'd appreciate if this worked more smoothly. "Best Employee Recognition Program!"
5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

I love how it positively impacts our employee's day to day! Mainly I love how easy it is for administrators to utilize. Also, I love that reports can be pulled by other users. It makes annual reviews so much easier when managers can pull their own teams reports! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

Nothing so far. I have had a few bad product calls with representatives that don't quite know the in-depth details of new products but nothing more than that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"builds a positive culture, which makes people feel appreciated and more connected."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

The most helpful part is how simple it is to give recognition and stay connected as a team. It boosts morale, encourages engagement, and helps reinforce a culture of appreciation. It’s also a great way to highlight contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

At times, the impact depends on how consistently people use it—if engagement is low, it can feel less meaningful. It can also start to feel repetitive if recognition messages aren’t personalized or specific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
