I've never used a program like this in my career. The interface is easy to use. It's extremely rewarding to receive recognition and the Motivosity bucks are the cherry on top! **What do you dislike about Motivosity?** I can't think of a single thing I dislike about Motivosity. **What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?** When employees don't feel they're being noticed or recognized, this can negatively affect morale.
