**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

 ### 2. Great way to share wins and stay connected

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Being able to share wins within our teams so matter how big or small. Motivosity is our team's way of connecting in real-time and in a real way that allows us to not only shout each other out but to also show appreciation to our team members.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

It would be cool if there was a way to have a conversation or thread with more than one team member where we could thank each other and give hoots while still having a convo about the event or win.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a fully remote team, this allows us to shout out to others. It also allows us to see what great things are happening within our organization, even if they are on projects we are not directly working on. It keeps us all connected on a bigger level.

 ### 17. Easy implementation, effortless adaptation & seamless operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tori M. | Associate Director, Total Rewards & People Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

We were grateful that Motivosity implementation was a relatively easy lift. Our data is integrated for a nightly file feed, so other than internally approving and issuing company awards, this platform is hands-off as an administrator. Once set up, the platform is intuitive for employees.

Unlike some other platforms, they provide *continued*, dedicated customer support from implementation through management. It is such a relief to have a contact person who understands how we leverage the platform and what is going on at the company.

As our organizations go through many changes, it is a "quick win" to keep employees engaged and recognized for all their hard work.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Our company has set up company awards at various levels. Depending on the amount, these are routed up to leadership for approval. This is a somewhat manual process of issuing awards, once approved outside of the system. It would be amazing if this workflow were captured and automated within the platform.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Motivosity we were managing awards via Microsoft Forms / SharePoint sites, and sending employees virtual gift cards. The gift card process quickly became a messy process as managed many codes, and had to request more, etc. Our prior program was not publicly shared. Motivosity allowed us to build on a culture of recognition and sharing good news around the company.

**Official Response from Nat Evans:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Motivosity's implementation and customer support. We understand the importance of automating workflows and will work on enhancing the platform to better accommodate your company's award approval process.

 ### 18. Motivosity for the WIN

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley D. | Senior Director of Client Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Motivosity is a fun, easy-to-use platform that helps teams recognize and appreciate each other. The peer-to-peer shoutouts and small rewards make people feel seen, and the social feed-style setup keeps it engaging. It’s great for boosting morale and building team culture—especially in remote or hybrid settings. Just be mindful of notification overload and reward budgeting. Overall, a solid tool for keeping your team connected and appreciated. The implementation process wasn't too bad as well. they answered our questions and hopped on plenty of calls to help us. Our CSM is a little out there but very nice and sometimes hard to get answers from

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Sometimes we have issues with logging in and awards showing up. We wish there was an easier way for inventory tracking as well for how we use the platform internally. Sometimes its difficult to get answers from our CSM as well but we are getting there

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps solve a big challenge for growing teams: making sure people feel recognized, connected, and valued—especially when everyone’s busy or working remotely. We use it for employee recognition, and it’s been a great way to boost morale and celebrate wins, big or small. It keeps appreciation top of mind and makes it easy for team members to lift each other up regularly, not just during reviews or milestones.

**Official Response from Nat Evans:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the fun and easy-to-use platform of Motivosity, and that it's been effective in boosting morale and building team culture. We appreciate your feedback about the notification overload and reward budgeting, and we'll take that into consideration for future improvements. We'll also work on improving the logging in and awards showing up issues, as well as providing easier inventory tracking. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

 ### 19. Fun way to engage with coworkers and to connect.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I like that it is easy to use and interact.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I wish there was a system for direct messages or group messaging.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel like it helps connect myself with my coworkers to share common interests and support one another

 ### 20. Great Employee Engagement Tool that brings fun back into the office!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor C. | Culture and Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Motivosity stands out for its versatility; it’s far more than just a recognition platform. I love that it enables rich team engagement across departments through features like peer-to-peer recognition, coaching tools, and company-wide announcements. The ability for employees to redeem their recognition funds directly on Amazon within the platform is a huge convenience and morale booster. On top of that, the reporting and analytics tools are insightful, making it easy to track engagement trends and understand team dynamics.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

While the platform is strong overall, I’ve found that important communications can get lost in the feed if you’re not checking it regularly. I wish there were more customizable notification options, especially better integration with Microsoft Teams. Getting timely alerts directly in Teams would make it easier to stay engaged without needing to switch platforms or risk missing key updates.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Motivosity as an employee engagement platform to strengthen connection and communication across our teams. It’s been especially valuable in fostering peer-to-peer recognition, which has helped build a more positive and appreciative culture. The eNPS and pulse survey tools give us consistent, real-time insights into employee sentiment, making it easier to identify trends and respond proactively. Overall, it’s helping us boost engagement, improve morale, and create a more connected workplace.

**Official Response from Nat Evans:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Motivosity! We're glad to hear that you find the platform versatile and engaging, with valuable features like peer-to-peer recognition and Amazon redemption. We appreciate your feedback about customizable notification options and integration with Microsoft Teams, and we'll share this with our team for future improvements.

 ### 21. A Game-Changer for Team Morale and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gopala Rao T. | Global IT AGM, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

We've been using Motivosity for several months now, and it has truly transformed the way our team interacts and recognizes one another. The platform is intuitive, pleasant to use, and easily accessible—even for those who aren’t very tech-savvy.

One of the standout features is how it motivates team members by allowing them to publish their achievements and celebrate project milestones. This recognition not only boosts individual morale but also sets a positive tone across departments. I've seen firsthand how our team is more driven and aligned because of it—and even other departments have taken notice, expressing appreciation for the increased transparency and motivation.

Motivosity is more than just a recognition platform—it’s a powerful tool for collaboration, coordination, and promoting people skills. Whether it’s peer-to-peer praise or manager-to-team recognition, it reinforces a culture of gratitude and continuous improvement.

If you're looking for a platform to build stronger teams and a positive work culture, I highly recommend Motivosity.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

While Motivosity has been an overwhelmingly positive experience overall, we did face some initial challenges during implementation—particularly when integrating with Okta SSO. The setup wasn't as seamless as expected and required additional configuration effort. However, I must commend the Motivosity support team, who were highly responsive, knowledgeable, and guided us through the process to ensure everything was resolved promptly.

It's worth noting that while the initial integration posed some hurdles, the quality of support more than made up for it.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Motivosity, we didn’t have a centralized platform to collaborate effectively with our international team members. Communication and recognition were fragmented, making it difficult to maintain consistent engagement and visibility across regions.

Motivosity has solved this by providing a global platform where all users—regardless of location—can collaborate, appreciate one another, and share key achievements. This has significantly improved cross-team communication, created stronger connections between departments, and fostered a unified company culture that values recognition and teamwork.

**Official Response from Nat Evans:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Motivosity has had such a positive impact on your team's morale and collaboration. It's great to know that the platform has been intuitive and accessible for all team members, and that it has helped to boost individual morale and set a positive tone across departments. We appreciate your recommendation and are committed to continuously improving the platform to meet the needs of our users.

 ### 22. Nice way to recognize coworkers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Being able to recognize co-workers and to recognize acheivements

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I don't have any issues to report about it.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping up with work anniversaries

 ### 23. It's so easy to use and engage with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keli S. | Human Resources Business Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I implemented the Motivosity program at my company as a way to not only recognize employees but to utilize many other features, like Spaces and the Motivosity store. The Spaces help me to engage employees in many ways, similar to an intranet without needing an internal IT team to support it. It is so easy to use for all employees, regardless of how "techy" they are. We use it every day, whether it is for recognition, announcements, training and development, wellness, and just fun engagement topics (like Dad Jokes and Fun Fact Trivia). :-)

The implementation was practically seamless and the team at Motivosity has been extremely supportive and helpful throughout our partnership.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I haven't found a downside to Motivosity, I hope to grow our use of the program as our company continues to grow.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having Motivosity available to use as an employee intranet has helped us to reduce the number of systems/programs we use to accomplish various things, like announcements, engagement, recognition, training, etc. Aside from our HRIS, Motivosity is the only other program we use for our employee experience from start to finish.

**Official Response from Nat Evans:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Motivosity has been such a valuable tool for engaging your employees and streamlining your processes. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us!

 ### 24. Motivosity Makes Recognition Easy and Fun!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel P. | CMO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Motivosity has been an absolute game-changer for our company culture. It provides such a simple and engaging way for peers to recognize each other and for managers to reward their teams. I love how it creates a positive environment where appreciation flows freely across all levels of the organization.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and it’s been instrumental in bringing our people together, even across different departments. The ability for managers to quickly reward staff for great work has made recognition more consistent and impactful.

Motivosity doesn’t just feel like software—it feels like a culture-builder. I can’t imagine our workplace without it now. Highly recommend it for any company looking to boost morale, engagement, and connection.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

no complaints at all. Very easy to use and friendly.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Motivosity, recognition often felt top-down and inconsistent. Now, anyone in the company can quickly and easily recognize their peers for great work. This has created a culture of gratitude and appreciation that we were missing.

It used to be cumbersome for managers to reward their teams—Motivosity streamlines that process. Managers can send rewards instantly, which keeps momentum high and makes employees feel valued in real time.

In a growing company, it’s easy for people in different departments to feel disconnected. Motivosity has become a central place where everyone can celebrate wins, big and small, bringing us closer together.

**Official Response from Nat Evans:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Motivosity has had such a positive impact on your company culture! Thank you for sharing your experience and for recommending us. We're committed to providing an intuitive and engaging platform for recognition and rewards.

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I wasn't sure initially what I thought of changing to this app but it has been a fun app to use and love seeing all the kudos for my coworkers and following birthdays and work anniversaries.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

So far I really enjoy the app and haven't found anything I dislike about it.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like getting little rewards and kudos for various work related items.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy platform to show comradery to your thanks to the people in your company that are always there to help.

 ### 30. An amazing platform to encourage values, motivate within peers and grow!

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

The social media kind of post appreciation and easy to find peers

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Just the personal profile section would be awesome to add more personal achievements or badges.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core values of the company are being in constant appreciation in a very dynamic way.

 ### 31. Motivosity Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Having to cut costs makes it hard to keep our culture and moral strong. We don't have to spend that much money to create an environment where employees feel appreciated and valued. Saying means nothing unless you show it. And we show it through actual dollars for our employees to give thanks.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Haven't found anything we dislike yet. We haev been using Motivosity for almost 3 years now.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing employees to feel appreciated, valued and recognized. Especially with a team that is spread out, working remote and busy. It also forced our employees to be aware each month of ways that they can say thank you to their peers.

 ### 32. For those who apply the program, it allows acknowledgement/thanks to be easily offered.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Industrial Automation

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Flexibility to acknowledge others actions in a meaningful way.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

The only drawback is that it takes time, and effort to offer meaningful praise, and feedback.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It prompts me to think about where acknowledgement, and praise should be given. Those prompts help keep me thinking of others.

 ### 33. Motivosity is perfect for recognition and appreciation with colleagues!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

The easy way to appreciate my team and show my appreciation and recognize people on birthdays and special events.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I wish money would roll over month to month instead of be wasted if unused.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy and convenient peer recognition.

 ### 34. Great way to recognize

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

No dislikes thus far...the platform appears to be easy

 ### 35. Love Motivosity

 ### 36. Motivosity is a great way to pat someone on the back and have it actually mean something.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

The money exchange, I feel, truly complements someone with cash that proves the compliment.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Wish I had more money to give out. It would be nice to thank more people with money backing it up.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proving a thank you and brings smiles when receiving money and giving money.

 ### 37. Building Connection and Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kila S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

We have a very large remote population. Motivosity makes it easy to connect people across many departments, roles, and locations. What I love most is that it aligns with our work on values we have been driving over the past year. You can tie recognition to behaviors you want to reinforce, and it has helped us integrate them into our culture in a meaningful way.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

If I had to pick one area of improvement, it would be the organization within the Spaces. It can be difficult to locate Articles and Resources, especially as more content is added. Having the ability to create folders or better categorize materials would make navigation much easier and more intuitive.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition and values integration

**Official Response from Nat Evans:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Motivosity has helped you connect your remote population and integrate values into your culture. We appreciate your feedback on the organization within Spaces and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

 ### 38. Motivosity has built a platform to see shout outs & kudos not normally highlighted in other's roles.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

The interface provides easy & simple kudos and shout outs. The simple design is easy to understand, leaving little error in giving props to coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I dislike that I'm only able to reply to a post and have someone reply once to that reply. I see someone thank me for my shoutout and I am unable to reply as it seems only one reply is able on one reply to the main post.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Camaraderie and team building have increased dramatically since Motivosity allowed us to peek into the shout outs and accolades given by our peers we don't associate with daily.

 ### 39. Motivosity gives me the ability to recognize teammates work and achievements.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

What I appreciate about Motivosity is that recognition goes beyond just words—there’s a monetary reward attached to it. Even though the amount is small, it feels genuinely meaningful. I also like that Motivosity provides a virtual card, which allows me to spend my Motivosity bucks wherever I choose.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

When we first started using motivosity, there were times when I would go months without logging in. Even though I'm aware that the giving bucks expire at the end of the month, I still occasionally let them go unused. I find that motivosity doesn't naturally fit into everyone's routine After taking a few measures though, we now are using it on a regular basis.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity addresses the need for peer recognition and helps foster relationships within our team. In our experience, it allows us to send each other a few dollars along with messages of recognition, which makes appreciation more tangible. Additionally, we receive other rewards through Motivosity, such as gifts for work anniversaries, end-of-year presents, and various other tokens of appreciation.

**Official Response from Nat Evans:**

> We're glad to hear that you appreciate the monetary rewards and the flexibility of the virtual card. We understand the initial challenge of incorporating Motivosity into your routine, but we're pleased to hear that it's now being used regularly. Thank you for sharing your experience!

 ### 40. Excellent Benefit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

Using Motivosity provides for instant recognition for the achievements of a coworker, manager, etc.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

The limitation of only 5 bucks. Sometimes there is more than I person that deserves recognition, therefore, there is a reduction in the number of people that can be recognized.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivosity helps me recognize the positive impacts individuals have performed that normally would go without this recognization.

 ### 41. great to acknowledge teammates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Having more funds with the costs of living would be helpful.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 42. Great program, makes for easy interaction and recognition of collegues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

It is pretty straight forward and easy to use. Also it is somewhat customizable based on our company's goals, mission, etc.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

Not really sure, but I know I run into weird dead-ends so to speak but nothing horrible. I can usually figure out a work around.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps bring a fully remote company a bit closer together.

 ### 43. its ok. nothing special to me. The debit card is a pain to use always gets declined so I cut it up

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

It gives recogniton peer-to-peer. Sometimes you get lost in the shuffle of trying to do good work

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

The debit card is the absolute worst thing in the world. Tried 2 times... 2 declines. its in the trash where it belongs

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nothing

 ### 44. Digital Acknowledgement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

I like being able to reward team members and it is real money.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I don't dislike anything. But I don't know how to get a new card since mine has expired

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rewarding employees and colleagues is not an easy task when your work environment is online. So, this provides a way for us to celebrate one anothr.

 ### 45. Great way to recognize good work

Its a great way to recognize each other with incentive.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

I wish we still had the Visa Card to make purchases.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has a high percentage of WFH employees. This is a great way to recognize people that we dont have the opportunity to see in person to celebrate.

 ### 46. good way to get updates and give shout out to team members

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

strong peer-to-peer recognition and user-friendly interface, making appreciation highly visible and fun.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

"use-it-or-lose-it" point system, restrictive customization, and occasional administrative hurdles.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

inconsistent recognition, workplace isolation, and poor manager-to-employee relationships by centralizing peer-to-peer appreciation. It benefits companies by increasing employee morale, boosting productivity, and lowering voluntary turnover, while giving individual employees a platform to feel valued and build workplace connections

 ### 47. Love being able to let my coworkers know that I appreciate them

 ### 49. Motivosity makes recognition and connection effortless.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Motivosity?**

The platform is intuitive, quick to use, and surprisingly fun. Peer-to-peer recognition feels natural, and the small rewards system motivates people in a genuine way instead of feeling like a gimmick.
The biggest impact has been on engagement. People notice each other’s work more, celebrate wins more often, and feel appreciated in a way that scales beyond meetings and email threads. The analytics are a bonus, helping leaders see what’s working and where support is needed.

**What do you dislike about Motivosity?**

A smoother mobile experience would be nice, and a gift catalog updated regularly would be a nice improvement to the current system.

**What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**
