No reminder emails for when you haven't used your giving balance, and the end of the month is approaching.

Emails about highlights are usually too general and at a company level, which I just don't care about.

Fantastic platform for company employees, to be able to give a little back to those who help them along through out the work week, to show some appreciation. Motivosity is different than your other employee recognition platforms. Our employees like it because instead of points, that are common with other systems, they are getting real cash on a Visa card that they can use anywhere. This has been a huge perk for our employees. We have a lot of hourly employees and often they want perks like lunch, drinks, etc. The card allows them to use it how they want!

In addition, the peer-to-peer recognition is by far the best. Each month our employees are given funds to award each other. It's really had a positive impact on our culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use & the way it is appealing to the eye, a lot like a social media account. As a manager it makes celebrating my team so easy. It feels like a nice break from work when you go to check it out and see what's happening in the company, from a culture aspect. Motivosity is such a powerful platform to recognize team members achievements! Most achievements and thank you's are easily forgotten, but with Motivosity's simple interface it takes only moments to make a positive impact in someone's day.

I love that there is a formal process for sharing recognition for colleagues. It felt a little strange at first, to have dollars associated with feedback, but it feels good to recognize the people you work with and give them a little perk. I also love receiving Motivosity! It's a great pick me up to get a quick message from a colleague.
