Sometimes the software hangs, making it a little difficult for the traders. Each staff feels they are the Chairmen of the Company. I was sad after opening the PMS account with MO about 3-4 years back, but at that time, their MD was a decent professional guy (who now resigned), and he helped me. During my recent incidence of their webinar, I attended, and then the MOSL team was messing up with NRI investment process, etc., I once again had to go to their MD as their team, including senior mgmt were passing bugs to one another. Shockingly this new MD did not even bother to revert of help or directed my case to someone within MOSL. He is useless. In MOSL, once you have a RM (my broker), they simply say that I can not contact MOSL directly. I had PMS through a broker who is MO's agent, so now no matter whichever new investments I want to do thru MO, I have to use that same agent. I must contact MO through the same agent/broker. Is this sensible? Maybe someone has a problem with the broker too! Believe me, they are Ok to lose the business, but not ready to support customers. So finally, I had to drop that investment plan. All big talks in webinars, but when the time comes to give services, they are fuuuuuuuusssssss. **Recommendations to others considering Motilal Oswal:** In my opinion, MOSL Team is not cooperative and is lacking in service. They leave you to their agent's hand. So you become dependent. **What problems is Motilal Oswal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problem-solving with Motilal Oswal is next to impossible because they do not entertain their support to their customer. They leave their customer to their agents/brokers / RMs. Sometimes, a customer may also need some direct help, but MO team doesn't care about it. But as I have invested through MO, to avoid losses, there is no choice but to continue with MO for some time. Of course, there are many more good service providers in the market for we customers. ### 10.
