Now with Moss, we have divided for the different departments/categories: e.g., advertising budget, material purchasing, software, beverages, work clothing, household goods, etc., as well as, of course, personal travel expense cards. For recurring bookings, the accounts and cost centers for the tax advisor are already stored accordingly. Through the individual cards, which are available both virtually (immediately usable) and as physical cards, one has a significantly better overview of the costs. The limits can be set monthly as well as annually. For example, when you pay at the supermarket, a push notification immediately appears on your phone, and you photograph the receipt. We have very high credit card sales with a lot of booking entries, which created an extremely high effort in accounting with the previous provider.
