These tools are not just available but are extremely helpful, providing substantial value by facilitating a seamless approval audit process. I particularly love how I can manage subscriptions effectively through the platform's card feature, which aids in exposure and tracking without the need to approve everything personally as finance. The integration capabilities with software like Xero are also advantageous, allowing for smooth data exports and management. The initial setup process was straightforward and easy, making it convenient to start using the platform without unnecessary complications. What do you like best about Moss | Spend smarter?

I love using Moss | Spend smarter for expense management in my firm. The seamless process and clear explanations at every step make it easy to know what needs to be done. The software fits all our requirements perfectly. I particularly like the user interface and the step-by-step transition, as well as the different menu options and the functions they offer. What do you dislike about Moss | Spend smarter?

The mobile app is sometimes tough to work with. I faced problems when changing my phone, as the Moss app was linked to my previous device, it took me a long time to reset and get it registered on my new device. This delayed my reimbursement process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also appreciate you highlighting the issue you experienced when changing devices. When a user no longer has access to their previous phone, logging into the Moss app on a new device requires Admin approval. If the user is the sole Admin, support assistance is needed to restore access. We understand this can be frustrating, and we recognise that the current process has room for improvement. This is something we are aware of and aim to give more attention to in the near future.
