Robust data aggregation for reports, batch reporting, model portfolio management Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports, navigation, and data entry/changes are all very archaic. Very little continuing improvement. Some attempts have been made with web-based but that was a flop with poor continuity. Extremely expensive without having access to all data (ie: indices etc).

Lack of extreme customizability with reporting. Low/moderate customer service experience. First level service is typically not knowledgeable about issues and they need to escalate to their supervisors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
