What I like most about morningmate is the practicality when it comes to tracking a process or project and that it allows determining their traceability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like least is that it is not easy to generate editor and reader restrictions within the profiles because the configuration is a bit rigid without allowing the necessary flexibility. Additionally, there is something required that is of vital importance for managing a project, which is the ability to determine within the tasks the predecessors and dependencies of the same, such as a FINISH-START, FINISH-FINISH, START-FINISH. Morningmate is a collaboration platform that has truly transformed the way my team handles projects and communication. Since we started using it our productivity has increased by multiple times and after that we have'nt turned back. While the Morningmate (Collaboration SaaS Tool - ‘Flow’ in korea) has undoubtedly brought immense value to my business, there are a few areas where it falls short of perfection. Here's a candid review of the aspects I like least about the tool:
Difficult-to-Use Aspects: Learning Curve: While the tool is generally user-friendly, some team members found certain advanced features a bit challenging to grasp initially. Improving the onboarding process and providing more comprehensive tutorials could mitigate this issue.

In the course of the project as a team, Flow was used to effectively manage project schedules, work progress, and task lists.
Team members edited documents in real time and wrote their own work logs to facilitate work collaboration between teams.
Creating and sharing minutes:
During the meeting, I was able to write minutes and share them with participants in real-time to efficiently record and share the contents of the meeting.
Team members were able to collaborate effectively by referring to the minutes and making decisions.
Work collaboration within the team:
By sharing schedules, documents, files, etc. with team members and checking their work status through Flow, efficient collaboration within the team was achieved.

More templates available: Flow is now offering a variety of templates, but providing more different types of templates will enable users to use the tool for more diverse purposes. For example, a variety of templates, such as project management, meeting minutes, and work logs, would be convenient for users to use as needed.
Enhancements to mobile apps: Flow is now dominated by features used in web browsers. With a more enhanced mobile app, users can easily access the tool anytime, anywhere.

all the members can track and figure out the workflow and history whenever each wants. also, the entire UI is very intuitive so the cost to guide and educate at the beginning is not that much. everyone can be adapted with it. project and task management is the most useful function for us! before using Morningmate, we had our own system and something like infra (which are amazingly uncomfortable and outdated). so, the data migration and integration was pretty touch at that time.
