The frameworks and tools they teach are obviously helpful, and the coaches are truly dedicated and care about your growth. However, for me the biggest differentiator with this program and what has been the biggest impact on me, has been the journey with my cohort, and meeting the MOR alumni including the influential leaders from each institution who were once alumni themselves. Hearing about everyone's journeys of their ups and downs, being able to learn from each other, inspire each other, and support each other - all this has pushed me to get out of my comfort zone, broaden my perspectives, and motivated me to be a better leader, and the best leader possible that my team and institution needs. Not a dislike, but a warning to those looking at leadership programs, MOR is an intense program. It requires a lot of time commitment, emotional expenditure and energy (physical and mental). However, it is worth it. You get out what you put in. If you are willing to invest the time and effort, and be open to learning and being better, and building relationships with other people, I assure you that when you are finished with the program, you will walk away feeling that sad that it's over and that you gained a ton from the experience, both professionally and personally.
