They refused to refund our subscription fee even after it was clear no one at our company had used it for over a year and they hadn't sent a reminder about the upcoming renewal date. The minute we received the invoice we contacted them and requested they discontinue our subscription and refund our annual service fee, but they refused, clearly preferring to pocket the final payment from us than provide service to a paying client no longer using their software. The web app is well done but it needs some polish, some texts are too small / aliased and hard to read. A client had some problems on his small laptop, not a big issue. Editability: It's easy to create all most any kind of mock-ups, no matter what kind of applications you are designing. Considering that it is a web application, performance is really good.
