I like the interface and having moved. Very good tool for email marketing that has worked wonders in that sense with my company. Saving me time todo do other things and bring more internal benefits. Explanation of all point of strenghts. The platform is very easy to use with all the latest features. Value for money very fast activation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would prefer it to be more mail thanks just 200 at a time. The template option selection is less as well. The only con is that you cannot try all the functions without upgrading your account. The analytics features are not at par with other softwares. It's not a good choice for marketers who don't know HTML. And the minor issues never bothered really when compared with the price. the process of sending our weekly emails. The basic plan doesn't include mailchimp integration. It is easy to use, easy to navigate, and it has the tools and features we need to support our business' growth and subscription base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't have the user-base of MailChimp and therefore the large community attached to a system of that scale, but it is a growing product and one of the top out there, but can feel lacking in some features and community support in some respects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The name because I thought it would resonate with my market, which is comprised of people who are into astrology, tarot, and other esoteric topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found the design page to be really intimidating because it looked like a programming terminal and I know little to nothing about how to manage that. I know that some people would prefer that kind of open control but I'd prefer a drag and drop system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few key things that i really enjoyed about Mail:
The drag and drop builder is great for when you want to get an email quickly and don't have the time to code from scratch and from what i remember was easier to use over mailchimp.
The AWS integration make large email lists so much more affordable.
The pricing is competitive and is definitely up there on the list in regards to bang for buck

Probably not ideal pricing wise for those with a small email list.
Potentially a learning curve when setting up depending on ones technical ability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use. The aim for myself and our company was to have a very simple to use and easy to understand mass email system. We are new to using the method of promotion and can recommend this for those making a start, yet wanting to maintain a professional impression. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing for free level a bit low for the number of emails that could be sent. We also use Salesforce and really would like this solution to be able to integrate directly with Salesforce. This would greatly reduce the workload levels and reporting data stream. However, on balance, this is very limited on most platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. The idea of using AWS Lambda functions.
2. Creating an eco system which can work with other services being offered by AWS.
3. Pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Implementation is not user friendly.
2. People tend to miss lot of information that you are providing.
3. The UX should be more explanatory.
4. Contexts of the users are already established (Right in the Campaigning window, "Send" button is disabled, the reason of why it is disabled is unknown to the user until and unless they contact support, this can be made easy. I understand that you have provided them all in opening page panel, but as a user I expect them to appear when I fail.
5. Certain time's the updated data is not being shown. (I deleted a recipient, but I still see that recipient, if you have soft deleted it then instead of status colour code them).
6. I wish you let the customer specify his own AWS dynamo DB the way how he can specify his own AWS SES account( I believe that's what you are using as well ) so that there no restrictions on number recipients he can have in your system. and customers can have their data with them.
7. Unsubscribe cloud function should be provided.
8. I am unsure about this feature, let the customer create his own headers so that he can specify unsubscribe headers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is simple to use. Beats all the confusing other apps, where u need to be hand held to figure out what is going on. Very afforadle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found too much to dislike since it is so simple to use. The api though is not in all my apps i use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moonmail is user-friendly with a great interface. The shifting of my newsletter to various groups is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price is pretty high based on the number of subscribers. It would be good to only be charged for actual, active subscribers than the total of both unsubscribed and subscribed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
