Mooncamp Pros and Cons

Definitely what I appreciate most about Mooncamp is that it has all the necessary fields to manage the OKRs according to what was learned in the course, definitely having the traceability of an entire year helps to keep in mind the work to be done for the achievement of the objectives.

My biggest problem with Mooncamp is:

The CFR (Conversation, Feedback and Recognition) process could be more flexible. The registration area does not allow each participant to express their personal and individual opinions. This would be especially useful for discussing private issues that should not be visible to all members of the organization, but are necessary for personal development.

The least useful aspect of Mooncamp :

One noticable issue is that their help center does not have a search bar and instead utilizes search function of the browser itself (which decreases search prescision). Mooncamp is extremely easy to set up and manage. Its user interface is very intuitive making it easy to onboard new members, including those who are new to OKR tracking.
