Mooncamp helps to have a clearer picture about the current state of the OKRs than we previously had in google sheets. We also started using Mooncamps Checkin feature to get everyone to update the OKRs. We also tried out the Checkin feature for our weekly get-everybody-in-sync jour fixe. The result was that it made our jour fixe a lot shorter, as everyone was already prepared. I had one contact with the support regarding the checkin. Everything was quickly answered and proactively solved. **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** We haven't seen anything we dislike so far :-) **Recommendations to others considering Mooncamp:** I can highly recommend switching to Mooncamp. At the same time it has elements from Asana and notion - but with a clear focus on the topic of OKR. Due to its easiness it is a real timesaver during the setup and lowers the barrier for other employees to get started. In addition it does not get mixed up with our project management tool - as mooncamp is clearly for setting and achieving goals. For the management it is an amazing way to see on a quaterly basis in which direction the company is running - this is even more important at the current stage when operational topics are given to other members of the company. **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** I would not say dislike, but I hope that in the future, connections to e.g., Slack or similar tools, are going to be established. As we like the connection between Slack and our CRM, and it pushes the whole team, this would also be great to share achievements. Let`s see what is going to come next - we are looking forward to the upcoming features and hope to be enabled for our further scale. **What problems is Mooncamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solve the issue of differentiating between tasks and goals, and these also on the different levels of the employees. Until we started using Mooncamp we tried to collect this information in excel, but it was not really transparent, nor did it have this engaging UX towards the employees thus, it becomes the go-to place to track progress.
