**What do you like best about Monto?**

What I love most about Monto is how it has freed up our accounts receivable team's time by automating invoice submissions across multiple portals. The zero-touch submission rate is incredible—90% of our invoices go through without any manual intervention. The flexibility to route invoices to the right portal based on PO prefixes has been a game changer, especially with complex customers using multiple portals. Once an issue is fixed, it stays fixed, which is rare with these types of systems. Monto has truly allowed us to focus on more productive work and we've even recommended it to several others.

**What do you dislike about Monto?**

The only thing I'd like to see improved is automated reporting. Currently, I have to manually check for the data or request it from the team. It would be great if Monto could automatically send standard reports monthly or quarterly, saving us even more time. Most remaining issues are due to human error, like incorrect PO numbers or amounts, not the platform itself.

**What problems is Monto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When invoices are rejected, we are getting notified the next day and can start to solve the problem.  Before Monto we would not know we have an invoice issue until it was past due and started asking for payment.  This has helped receiving funds faster.

**What do you like best about Monto?**

I like Monto's dashboard layout, which provides detailed information on invoices due for payment and expected payment dates. It shows the overall progress of invoices and indicates whether client approval has been given. I find it useful for tracking due dates and understanding cash flow, as the dashboard offers a single-layer detail of all handled invoices and breaks them down per client and portal used for invoice uploading.

**What do you dislike about Monto?**

The issue with linking multiple profiles in a portal. Like we have 3 profiles set up in Ariba for 3 different entities, it is complicated to link all 3 profiles in Monto. It does not allow multiple profile integration directly. There's also some development required on invoice submission process. It was fairly complicated.

**What problems is Monto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Monto for billing and invoice uploads to multiple online portals, streamlining integration and tracking payment status in one place. The dashboard helps track due dates and expected payments, improving cash flow visibility.

**What do you like best about Monto?**

I believe that the integration went smoothly and we were able to fully start seeing good results regarding the invoices we needed to upload to their portals, allowing us to improve our performance, reviewing invoices that need a more careful attention than the invoices that only need to be uploaded to a portal. 

I would think that we were able to get a good price for the tool and what we were able to accomplish. 

Plus the use of the AI and the support were always helpful to address the issues and resolver them. 

Regarding the use of the tool, it was simple and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Monto?**

That we had a few issues with the reporting side of the data. I didn't work a lot with the Monto Data, but I believe we were still having issues to get accurate data.

**What problems is Monto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The possibility to handle invoices that only needs to be uploaded to a portal and get the feedback from the customer. This allows us to focus on invoices that needs more manual work.

I find Monto useful for invoice uploads as it handles them in a timely manner on the portal. I appreciate that whenever there is an issue or error while uploading, Monto creates a task for us. This allows us to resolve the issue and attempt the upload again. It's great that Monto informs us about the issues so we can take various actions to solve the task, such as connecting with customers if necessary.

Sometimes they take more time to create the task, Monto needs to take action more faster.

Monto uploads invoices on time and alerts us with tasks when errors occur, so we can fix issues like missing POs efficiently.

The best thing I like about Monto is the agent for uploading invoices to portals. It has been a great tool for simplifying our processes. We work with different ERPs, and we have an interface for both. The UX is also very friendly and easy to use.

We've been using Monto for little over 1 year now with our customer portal invoice uploads. Set up was fairly straight forward working with a dedicated solutions consultant who was detailed and understanding. Shout out to Amit for being so supportive! It's great that the interface gives us a complete overview of invoice, po and payment across multiple portal platforms. It feels like a cheat-code (in a nice way)! Monto take feedback onboard and make improvements all the time. It's like the macbook of solutions, you know what you are getting - a solid build. Thank you for being our partner Monto!

The loading time on the invoice section usually takes a bit longer when compared to other sections.

Monto satisfied one of our biggest deficiencies related to Accounts Receivable and Portals.  They took a very cumbersome process, simplified it and gave us dashboard views to manage our business with greater efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Monto?**

I've found no downside to using Monto at this time.

**What problems is Monto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very large customer base of 75,000 plus customers.  Our customers are leveraging over 75 different payment portals that require some form of invoice upload to retrieve payment.  We also manage 3 subsidiaries and therefore have over 200 user profiles for these portals.  Instead of logging in to each profile and manually collecting status updates and other reporting elements, we now utilize a single dashboard to manage all profiles and portals.  This allows a group of 5 employees to do the work that over 50 people were doing previously.

Monto has allowed my billing and credit team to check on invoice statuses via single site vs. logging into multiple portals and accounts on a daily basis.   All our portal customer data is in one site.   Monto has also eased the transparency for my company regarding rejected invoices and resolution time through their dashboards and data exports.  The other wonderful advantage is the implementation which does not require IT assistance.   Support team is well versed in talking through specific customer requirements.

We are looking forward to when Monto's tool will contain customer remittance information.

Monto has solved our visibility into invoice rejections by customer portals and alleviated the manual tracking we had implemented.   It has also streamlined our research process by only having to log into a single site to access all our customer portal invoices.

**What do you like best about Monto?**

Not having to upload invoices to different portals gives me time to focus on other tasks.  Customer support is great and they respond quickly to my needs and questions.  Monto is very easy to navigate and easy to use.  I log into Monto first thing in the morning to view Tasks that I might have to handle.  Monto also has a quick turn-around time.

**What do you dislike about Monto?**

The only downside is viewing invoices.  It seems the more invoices we have the longer it takes to view them.  But once they populate, it is very user friendly and easy to find what I am looking for.

If an invoice gets rejected, I don't have to navigate through the different portals, I can resolve right away via Monto.

**What do you like best about Monto?**

As an AR manager - I implemented Monto in my last two companies. It's an incredibly helpful tool for companies whose customers utilize various invoicing portals. Easily integrated (if you have a list of portals with access details). Monto significantly speeds up the invoicing process, allows for efficient status tracking, and can even identify new Purchase Orders before an invoice is issued. They have a responsive support in case of any issues or questions.

**What do you dislike about Monto?**

You cannot simply forward the invoice from other mail thread. You need to make sure you send the invoices to Monto with the same email template agreed during implementation or upload it directly to Monto portal.

It saves time invoicing the customers using the portals like Coupa, Ariba etc. All portals issues are in the same place. It also helps to find new POs if any issues without us informed.

**What do you like best about Monto?**

Many of our customers require us to import their invoices into portals such as Coupa, Ariba, etc.  This takes time to open each portal, upload the invoice against the right PO/contract etc.  With Monto the invoices are emailed directly to their system, they are matched against the PO/contracts in the correct portal for the customers.  When issues arise our rep is on top of the issues and works closely with us to complete the tasks.

**What do you dislike about Monto?**

As the company continues to grow it looks like they are utilizing a lot of AI.  While this can be a benefit it feels as though it has increased the number of tasks and the tasks are vague.  There needs to be more detail in the tasks and perhaps screenshots from the actual portal to help with answering the tasks.

**What problems is Monto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer need to upload all our invoices to different portals.  I would say a majority of our invoices on the regular are uploaded without issues.

**What do you like best about Monto?**

We’ve been using Monto for about a year to automate our customer portal invoice management, and the results have been nothing short of outstanding. Before Monto, our invoicing process was manual, time-consuming, and prone to errors, but Monto has streamlined everything, making it incredibly efficient.

Ease of use, great customer support, easy integration into our billing system to allow for push of a button uploads into Monto to submit to various customer portals. My team uses this product daily for a myriad of portals and it has greatly reduced our DSO.

Some more difficult portal customers require multiple signed documents and can require a little manual effort on our end.

Our customer bases uses many different portals, Monto houses all of this information and greatly simplifies the process. Allows for push of a button uploads and clear instruction on what needs addresses if the invoice is rejected in the portal.

**What do you like best about Monto?**

In the past, I had to process every single request coming from a client through different portals myself, which was very tiring and often did not give the desired result. With Monto taking over the task, this stress was reduced to a minimum.

Monto knows how to operate with the different platforms/ portals, helping us to get the information quicker and with no manual work from our end. We are constantly supported in the case resolution. The Monto platform is very friendly and easy to use due to the great feature integration. We use it on a daily bases to track customer's payments, invoice uploading and PO requests

At the moment, there is nothing to add as a "dislike" when working with Monto.

The product is straight forward, its implementation was smooth and the platform looks great and is user friendly. 
Their customer support is impeccable, very knowledgeable staff and their response time is usually on the same day.
It's definitely a time saver when it comes to invoicing through portals.

As Monto is still growing and evolving, some minimal features can be done on the platform's link efficiency, to help jump from section to section faster and easier.

Monto is an absolute game changer!  My team spent an average of 20 hours per week fighting with all the nuances from multiple portals our customers required us to use.  It was nearly impossible to keep up with it, track it, report on it, etc.  Monto changed all of that.  Not only was implementation smooth, but the Monto team was amazing!  Their level of support and dedication to our success was unparalleled!!

Sometimes there can be a delay with invoice uploads. I imagine as the machine learning progresses the software will be better

Monto is super helpful, fast and user friendly. The team is great to work with and understands all the different billing portals for our customers. I've worked with Monto for about 3-4 years now and I've seen so much improvement in their system and how they operate. They save me a lot of manual work!

Nothing bad to say really. Maybe just the time difference, but even so, they work around the clock and very responsive.

**What do you like best about Monto?**

The amount of time monto has saved our billing and collecting team is huge. Instead of wasting time through submission issues of hunderds of invoices manually onto customers AP portals, we can now focus on pure collection efforts, analysis and KPI's. Its clearly a game changer as we noticed a clear drastic improvemnt in our cashflow and customer satisfaction. 
Our DSO has improved a lot for customers who use AP portals so the ROI is very positive.
The easy use and implementation also help us a lot to maintain our high level collection performances and one team member can handle the entire managment of the platform. 
I am using it on a weekly basis, and don't know where I would be without it.

Nothing comes to mind. It's absolutely amazing!

Monto simplifies sending invoices and collecting payments from clients who use portals for their AP processes.

Monto transformed our entire collections process. It’s an out-of-the-box platform that plugs into every AP portal our customers are using. It was so easy to start using the product and implement it. Monto is very intuitive to use and saves our team tons of time, freeing them up to focus on more strategic work.

One of the most significant advantages we’ve seen is an improvement in our DSO for clients using AP portals. We get paid much quicker with Monto, and our team is much happier and more efficient.

There is nothing that I can think of. It's absolutely life-changing!

We work with many enterprise customers who are mostly transitioning to using payment portals. Monto pretty much eliminated all the time our team used to spend chasing payments across different portals. **What do you like best about Monto?**

Monto helps us save time by providing a centralized solution for managing customer supplier portals daily. We have tasks and processes associated with the invoice stored in one place, ensuring the customer will receive the document through their internal procurement processes. We no longer have to ask each other for credentials or manually submit invoices through complicated portals. What's more important is that we receive notifications when an invoice is stuck or if any additional information is needed so we can address the issue promptly.

I like Monto, so there is nothing that bothers me. We sometimes face minor inconveniences, which the team addresses and fixes.

Easy, plug & play platform, which saves a lot of time from the Collections team, living them plenty of time to focus on collections and brining value. Monto integrates with all the necessary vendor portals we worked with. The process was seamless and requires 0 effort from the team. By using Monto, we managed to improve our DSO significanlty for clients who use vendor portals, so the ROI was very positive.

Actually, it's hard to think of a downside. They turn one of the biggest nightmares our collections team had and turned it into a simple, easy, visible process.
Only downside is that not all customers use vendor portals.

Monto ease the process of sending invoices and collecting payments from clients with AP processes who run through vendor potals.

The amount of time monto has saved our collection team far exceeded our expectations.  No longer neededing to manually upload hundreds of invoices has saved countless hours.  In addition-  having all of the data and portal information at our fingertips in a single dashboard has allowed the management team to keep much closer tabs on our AR health, and also allows us to identify potential issues upfront.

I wish all of our customers were using portals so that we could leverage Monto for our entire AR portfolio.

**What do you like best about Monto?**

My favorite usage for Monto is a central location for managing all of our customer portals. The automatic invoice submission for the different portals is obviously a great time-saver, but the real benefit for me is having a central location to manage customers where there are issues with the invoice being submitted to the portals. It helps you organize your own portals and own invoice submission processes by giving you a central hub to manage everything.

**What do you dislike about Monto?**

The implementation can be difficult to manage since it requires you to have logins for all your portals organized and ready to go and can be a hassle if you're not already organized on that front. Additionally, while there are instances where it can work, I wish it was more helpful in terms of actually helping you connect to some of those more high-touch customers

**What problems is Monto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monto is cutting down on our collections time and helps us increase our cash flow by organizing all customer portals into a central location for us to manage customers that use said portals. 

It not only submits invoices for us automatically, but it notifies us when things are rejected, helps us resolve issues, helps us locate POs, and helps us organize our invoices that need to be submitted via customer portal.

I have the confidence that all invoices that should be uploaded to a portal are either uploaded or waiting for resolution in one place. It has eliminated the need for manual and time consuming audits that ensure invoices have been uploaded to a portal. The customer support team at Monto has been fantastic and is quick to address issues and offer solutions.

The customer connection process can be further streamlined/quicker/more transparent with outstanding issues.

More and more clients require our company to upload invoices to a portal for payment. Our team is on the smaller time and each additional client that requires uploading puts strain on the team's time resources. Now, we don't worry about learning a new portal and have time back to focus on other processes in the department.

Monto saves me time and is a game changer for invoicing processes. It is very user friendly. The support team is very responsive and helpful.

The only downside I have found is timing of availbilty to access PO's

Since using Monto I have been able to save several hours a week for the invoicing process. I can also track all PO's and past due invoices right from the portal's dashboard
