Very easy to use, If you don't know Boolean search don't worry you can use Monster without that as well.
We have our Internal ATS for candidates and Monster is easily integrated in that as well.

There is all sort of candidate pool available on it and the user interface is easy to use.

Sometime there is identical profile everything is same but they just use temporary email IDs. Also, they didn't have phone number on it. So that thing can be improved.

Candidate pool is really good. There is candidate for tech, non-tech and functional roles as well.

Moster is a great app for recruiting internally or externally, The Ease of implementation of Moster is global we can recruit people from different states and countries. Customer support of Monster is relly good. Ease of use is really easy and learned in a few steps. There are several features but I love the Job Fit Sourcing feature. The ease of integration of Monster is good it works well when we source the candidate. we are using it to find good candidates from different states.

The frequency of use is good but sometimes it does not show the result as per the job description. Sometimes this app crashes or works slowly due to the frequency of use.

Monster uses AI algorithms to suggest roles tailored to your skills. It also allows users to upload resumes and apply directly Monster offers tools like resume assessments, career advice, and salary comparisons to help job seekers enhance their applications, and the ability to search, apply, and track applications on one platform streamlines the entire process. Monster has a large database but due certain skills it shows those resumes also which dont have those skills which needed. It has a filtering problem.

The Inteigration is a best thing cause we donot need to login separate monster each time and it is convenient to switch from one portal to anotherwith ease. I haven't faced any problems with integration feature in Ceipal. The best thing about Monster is that even if you don't know how to create a string, You can always use power search. Eventhough, It doesn't have an option to select experience in number of years, It is compensating experience level as Entry level, Senior level, Manager level. And It has an option to select which type of job a candidate is seeking eg., Part-time or Full-time.

**What do you dislike about Monster?**

It doesn't have an option to select visa status and years experience.
The Big problem is that while Entering a city name, It doesn't shows the the state of that city. Which is a huge problem in USA cause it have multiple cities and areas with same or similar names. So, We are searching the city name in browser and coping its zip code and using it in monster.

Since, I'm a US IT Recruiter. I'm using Monster for searching candidates for the requirement we have. We use String method and sometimes we use Power search for if we don't get profiles for our string. It has a numorous people who are searching for different kind of jobs. It is one of the best portal we use since, we get different types of roles in our company.

Monster has been the one of the oldest candidate sourcing tool in recruitment. Offering vast database and most updated results for your search. Candidate pool is always active which makes your search resouerceful. Used on a daily basis for recruiting and sourcing resumes.
Currently integrated with Ceipal ATS and works like a charm.

Monster gives you the best results for the finding a candidate with the features like years of experience, job titles, educational qualification, resume updated, etc. You can easily find large number of candidates pools for any job description. Also the interface is very easy and covinient to use for users.

Monster does not have the features of adding cities in filter, many resumes does not have contact details and email ids and some candidates details are in accurate like the name and their current location.

I like the UI design, its pure functional. There are two partitions, one shows the general info (candidate's name, location, current title) and the other partition shows the current resume uploaded with the candidate's job preference.  This UI design makes you save time, and you quickly screen candidates and reach the right one in no time.

In my experience finding local profiles or a niche skillset is way more accessible than Dice (another portal we use at work).

I started noticing way more fake resumes with fake contact details, which wastes time.

Monsters still show candidates' resumes who retired or asked to remove their profile from their portal.

Most client requirements I work with are onsite so finding the local profile is critical for me. Monster has a massive database which solves this issue.

UI is very progressive and functional, which makes finding the right candidate easy and fast.
