The Inteigration is a best thing cause we donot need to login separate monster each time and it is convenient to switch from one portal to anotherwith ease. I haven't faced any problems with integration feature in Ceipal. The best thing about Monster is that even if you don't know how to create a string, You can always use power search. Eventhough, It doesn't have an option to select experience in number of years, It is compensating experience level as Entry level, Senior level, Manager level. And It has an option to select which type of job a candidate is seeking eg., Part-time or Full-time. **What do you dislike about Monster?** It doesn't have an option to select visa status and years experience. The Big problem is that while Entering a city name, It doesn't shows the the state of that city. Which is a huge problem in USA cause it have multiple cities and areas with same or similar names.
