What do you like best about Monograph?

I like that Monograph integrates time tracking, billing, and project planning into one platform. I also like that it has a visual display of information to help understand projects at a glance. I like that Monograph is a single platform that I, as a leader, can work with, my team can work with, and that clients can view. What do you dislike about Monograph?

Monograph is designed for very traditional architectural processes, and it doesn't always work quite as well for one-off instances like when we're doing interior design invoices for the cost of goods sold. It took some time to initially set up, as we needed to wait about a year for projects to be fully absorbed into Monograph. What do you like best about Monograph?

What do you dislike about Monograph?

For me, as the accountant, I have trouble getting some things into quickbooks online. Sometimes I can't figure out why easily and don't feel that i have anyone that I pick up the phone and call.

Implementation was also a struggle. We probably went a little slower than most and Monographs timeline is their timeline and it didn't feel like there was any wiggle room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
