Monday.com stands out in so many areas when compared to other programs that I am familiar with ( Salesforce, Netsuite, MongoDB, Capsule, ZOHO) Picking from the bucket of what I like best isn't all that difficult. What Monday.com offers is a solution to intricate use cases with its completely flexible platform. Monday.com has a grasp on what they do best and offers integration solutions where at first glance they may appear thin. This direction makes for a powerhouse of a workspace solution. I mean I don't even know what to call Monday anymore other than our " One Stop Shop" after building out our companies workflow, It handles our Sales Pipeline, Customer as resources, Document organization, Internal Communications, plus allowing ease of use for entering over 300 data points with dropdown statuses, Custom Formulas, and user-tailored views. Its become our mothership, Tieing a plethora of Sass programs into a central, auditable location.
There is no way for me to answer this question without giving insight into their marvelous customer service. The cadence and attitude they present you with upon asking even the most time-intensive questions is exhilarating! This team is on fire and has been a driving force in developing such an incredible system for us. They bring a new standard to customer service that I just do not find outside of the diligent team at Monday.com
If your a big or small fish or shark, Monday.com is the ocean you want to be swimming in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Here is the skinny... You can not grow as much as Monday.com has without having a few pain points. Granted we are not a typical use case and I feel that our shortlist continues to shrink as the Monday.com community grows. To show some more credibility here I am going to be upfront, here are the big two of that shortlist.
1. The API V2 is young and still lacking a few key endpoints for our flow. I have faith in the direction they are taking V2 and just recently the top 2-3 items were just added. Would I have loved to have those features at the beginning of our build...Absolutely, am I just as happy to have them now...Yes! If you have even close to a standard CRM use case go ahead and throw this concern out, you will be in good hands.
2. "A horizontal look on life" - If you have taken the first look into Monday.com you probably noticed that most views of your data are horizontal. There are plenty of tools in place to expand and narrow your field of view but not so much in terms of a more vertical data entry approach. Some of our "Boards" contain a large number of columns which causes some unwelcome scrolling by certain users. With the new release of the "Apps Marketplace", I can see a solution for this on the horizon.
I highly recommend becoming apart of the Monday.com Community, I am learning daily from other users that continue to shorten this list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Monday.com serves as a centralized system, in one capacity or another, for every department! Pair that with sure-fire automations and integrations, my company has saved thousands of dollars, and hundreds of hours using monday.com as a team. Monday is our vendor CRM, HR ATS, Accounting Ledger, Creatives project workspace, our everything. We even automated and ran Virtual Trivia Night all through monday.com. It's like custom software for almost any scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few integration apps are too simple and don't serve a wide base of uses and issues that they could. This becomes a greater challenge now that the company is moving and building heavily onto our monday.com account and as we do so, we sometimes feel limited by the app integrations. Maybe we expect too much? There are custom apps being released, and we're even considering hiring a developer to make custom apps for our use-cases, but some integration 'app-recipes' should be standard! Very easy to use, and I can export any of my information that I may have submitted with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, it is apparent. I also like the daily updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Love the way that we can define our own workflows in the system enabling us to utilise the platform for multiple business needs such as Task & Project Management, HR & recruitment, CRM & managing expiring certifications.
Monday.com support is fantastic and they take customer feedback very seriously and implement it into new/upgraded features regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform has limitations on limiting user permissions by 'pulse,' so if a board has some sensitive data, it can't be shared at all without all pulses being (at least) visible to the user. Due to this, boards can't always be shared across teams leading to requiring extra boards for task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how simple it is to create a workspace and invite colleagues to join me in supporting our client base Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I truly don't have many dislikes. Every now and then my workspace on the app isn't updated on the web portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very good organizational ability and full control and monitoring of all systems in the office - we are much more sufficient and know much more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's nothing else I do not like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For team based tasks, ESP during work from home life, or where team members are physically spread out - the integrations between outlook, slack and monday make things feel seamless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would have very little negative to say, honestly. We would love to use Monday to replace our current CRM, but have not yet figured out how best to do or, if our requirements may be able to be met with MOnday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flexibility to customize boards as desired. Customer service is insanely fast. Monday.com is the swiss army knife of workplace management software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasional glitches. Not a complete CRM. Takes creativity to accomplish many of the things we use it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the visual of the different boards. I appreciate that I can create different board views (i.e. Kaban, calendar, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that I can't make groups on one board display differently. I'd also like to track status by column and not across the whole board. I'd also like if status updates were more discoverable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
