What do you like best about monday CRM?

Monday.com serves as a centralized system, in one capacity or another, for every department! Pair that with sure-fire automations and integrations, my company has saved thousands of dollars, and hundreds of hours using monday.com as a team. Monday is our vendor CRM, HR ATS, Accounting Ledger, Creatives project workspace, our everything. We even automated and ran Virtual Trivia Night all through monday.com. What do you dislike about monday CRM?

A few integration apps are too simple and don't serve a wide base of uses and issues that they could. This becomes a greater challenge now that the company is moving and building heavily onto our monday.com account and as we do so, we sometimes feel limited by the app integrations. Maybe we expect too much? There are custom apps being released, and we're even considering hiring a developer to make custom apps for our use-cases, but some integration 'app-recipes' should be standard! What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reporting has been a major hurdle that we've tackled in 2020. When every department/team actively uses monday.com, then the boards and the numbers ($) are reliable and easy to digest. When it's time for monthly (and annual) reporting, the preset views are all we need to run a report and move on with our week. With all of the new apps coming out, reporting is becoming a powerful tool and massive time saver. In addition to just one use-case (reporting), the HR Department has been able to build boards that replace thousands of dollars worth of brand name HR software, and it's custom tailored to us! What do you like best about monday CRM?

Love the way that we can define our own workflows in the system enabling us to utilise the platform for multiple business needs such as Task & Project Management, HR & recruitment, CRM & managing expiring certifications.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The platform has limitations on limiting user permissions by 'pulse,' so if a board has some sensitive data, it can't be shared at all without all pulses being (at least) visible to the user. Due to this, boards can't always be shared across teams leading to requiring extra boards for task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about monday CRM?

I love the visual of the different boards. I appreciate that I can create different board views (i.e. Kaban, calendar, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that I can't make groups on one board display differently. I'd also like to track status by column and not across the whole board. I'd also like if status updates were more discoverable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not quite a CRM, so I would use if you need a visual representation of your business processes and need to keep track of lots of moving pieces. I didn't use all possible features, so I can't speak further than my own experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was solving the issue of tracking onboarding for clients on software. I liked that I could see all the steps from purchase to go live, I liked being about to tell at a glance who was where in their onboarding process and the ability to assign specific tasks to individuals.
