The flexibility and ease of customization are by far the best features. It allows us to adapt the platform exactly to our workflow and project requirements without needing any complex configurations. The ability to track and visualize our projects in real-time also adds great value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside we've experienced is that some of the more advanced features can have a steeper learning curve. It takes time for the team to fully understand and utilize everything the platform has to offer. However, once familiar with it, the platform becomes incredibly powerful. Easy to start right out of the box with a UI that is very intuitive and customizable. Brilliant as a project task management the gives clear and concise deadlines and the accountability to match. Allows different users to get involved in multiple different projects and track the project.
Fantastic CRM that lends itself to a more hands-on approach to outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the more detailed cross-board integrations can be difficult to set up correctly initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about monday CRM is that it actually sets up a transparent and organized workflow. Status of projects and customer interaction is visible to everyone on the team, that reduces confusion and coordination. It’s clear how tasks and timelines should be laid out visually and helps to keep people in line and on track. Additionally, it’s a great practice to make sure you don’t forget any task, or miss out anything, and on which person a task is assigned at every point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Something I don’t love about monday CRM is that sometimes it just makes things more complicated than they need to be with too many choices. For example, if we were creating new customer profiles or working with smaller projects, the system has so many features that we don’t need that it slows things down. Plus, customer history is also not always easy to track without digging through multiple entries, so it’s not always the easiest to find previous information. I really like Monday CRM’s flexibility and customizable nature. This enables us to build extremely customized workflows and databases that exactly match our team's unique requirements. This Lego like approach to building our workspace has been a game changer as it allows us to design a solution that is both efficient and user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would have benefited from more comprehensive introductory materials on CRM fundamentals and how Monday CRM specifically works within this context. An introduction to CRM concepts and Monday's specific features would have expedited my learning process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very easy to use, the dashboard is intuitive, and puts all important information about our marketing and advertising clients in one place where various teams can access it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've thought about this carefully and can honestly say that I don't see a downside to using Monday CRM at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
These are the 3 main aspects that My team an I like best about Monday CRM:
- A comprehensive and integral solution for opportunities management.
- Tracking and interactive sequences with our customers.
- User friendly and very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Something that monday can improve:
- Adding a new functionality to create quotes or invoices. (Using subitems and a product board).
- Native integration with MS Teams.
- Better forecasting dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The range of functionality available to impliment is immense. It allows you as a business to build a system bespoke to your business and team needs and continue to add additional funtions as your grow. The system is very easy to use and the reporting funtions help with making vital management desicions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I was pushed to answer a 'dislike' it would be price based, as the team grows the price is creaping up more and more. However, I also recognise that to have a bespoke system built for our business would be much more expensive in comparison to the Monday subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Sales Dashboard is the most valuable feature, in my opinion. Having a quick snapshot of my forecasted revenue, deals distribution, and revenue by month allows me to quickly have the info and metrics I need to set goals for the week and provide status updates to my boss on how I'm progressing and where I'm falling short Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quotes and invoices feature is very confusing and I'd like to see that improved. Sounds like something is in the works and hopefully gets launched in early 2025. I would like to see a feature that allows a drop down or pick list of products that can be selected when creating a quote. If I can pre-load or add all of the products that I sell into Monday CRM, that would be a game changer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Monday CRM is very intuitive and the AI integration makes filling out all of the fields you may need alot easier. It's always worth checking the AI written content but more often than not, it gets it right. The CRM is great if you're already using Monday's project management software because the two are very similar meaning you won't need to do much learning to be up to speed with how to use the CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found the automation elements a little less seamless than other CRMs I've used but there are a good range of other software that the CRM can integrate with so it wasn't a huge downside for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the creativity involved and how I can create what I want while ensuring everything is connected. What I'd normally put onto a spreadsheet is now put onto a board, and board can be linked and connected together with automations, which offers sooo much potential compared to basic spreadsheets, which is really important to me because I use if for long periods everyday.
It's also able to be implemented into other softwares/websites that we use, allowing for more easy use of automations. The customer service is also great, as we get fast response times with any issues we experience :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not many things here, but sometimes automations can be a bit slow. However, this is pretty reasonable most of the time as we usually run complex automations. Another limitation I dislike is that the "Manage Duplicates" feature has a limit of 20,000 items :( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
