I am a big fan of systems that make life easier and don't get in the way... I discovered Monday in 2023 when we were having many problems with our data organization and processes.
Since then, when I implemented and developed all the boards, the company elevated its level in an extraordinary way. Nowadays, Monday is part of our daily routine, fulfilling essential functions for our operation.
Regarding customer support, I have never had problems, and they are always available to resolve any question or issue.

Firstly setting up monday CRM has been a very smooth experience. It wasnt much difficult to import current data from excel into monday crm and setting up all the automations and Integrations have been extremely simple.

Monday.com is an extremely user-friendly CRM system that stands out with its customizability and intuitive interface. I love how it allows me (as non-IT) to tailor workflows to fit our unique business needs without requiring advanced technical skills.

I like that monday CRM offers a lot of capabilities. I use it on a daily basis at work. As a Business Development Manager, I need to track the details of all my interactions for thousands of clients, and follow where they are on the sales journey, which monday CRM allows me to do. I like that I can mirror information from other boards, and recently, I have been using the new email sequencing feature, which has helped a lot with automated emails for follow ups. I like how I can easily centralize sales pipeline effectively using API and numerous native integrations with popular software applications like Outlook, Gmail, Excel, etc. I like how easily I can store and manage each lead with Monday CRM. Transparency is something we do really well in monday CRM within our projects. It allows you to provide clear visibility of deadlines, statuses, and task dependencies to everyone - and they know what’s happening, what’s expected of them. The simple color coded layout makes prioritization easy and confusion is greatly minimized. The main disadvantage is that there may be too many notifications in the monday CRM. Updates as small as daily create alerts; notifications flood the inbox and it becomes nearly impossible to notice a significant change. Also, some of the elements on the boards, such as having many, many tasks on the board can be overwhelming while multitasking. Monday is a really easy to use CRM, it has a bunch of features such as moving leads and organizing boards its easy to use helps me organize ethings for helping customers and we use it every day, its been extremely easy to integrate into our day to day operations.

The thing I've loved most about the Monday CRM is the ease of use. Any of our team can pick it up and quickly understand how to edit boards, workflows and get control of the data. Sometimes the out of the box automations in the CRM annoy me. I wish that when I converted a lead it created a deal and an account associated. Monday CRM has been an amazing addition to our work processes. Transitioning into the CRM has allowed us to reduce time spent doing menial tasks while also keep our information up to date and accurate. Because Monday CRM does so much of the busy work for us, we have been freed up to take care of the main purpose of our business - which is helping people. We have loved the flexibility of mirroring information from one board into many others as well as the dashboard features that allow us to link information from lots of sources into one space. Because our company operates in the healthcare sector, we need to keep things HIPAA compliant. For this reason, we don't utilize any additional apps that would make Monday.com even better. That said, we have been able to find ways to accomplish every task we have set out to do with Monday CRM thus far - some of our solutions have just had to be more creative than others.
