While monday Work Management is incredibly versatile, I wish it had stronger options for data analysis — especially when it comes to pivoting and handling weighted averages. The current pivot view is quite limited compared to traditional tools like Excel or BI dashboards, and complex calculations (such as weighted averages) aren’t easily achievable through formula or number columns. I find it challenging to manage dataset comparisons easily within monday Work Management. Unlike Excel, where I can quickly move around and adjust columns to match different datasets based on identifiers like customer names or emails, monday Work Management requires a more tedious process of updating items line by line. I absolutely love monday Work Management's user interface. It's amazing because everything is straightforward and intuitive. I can effortlessly organize my tasks using the drag-and-drop feature, and I rarely need to consult a manual or reach out for support to get things running. They allow me to create items based on specific actions and move items across boards and groups just by changing a status. I find the lack of an automation recipe frustrating. Specifically, I'm missing the ability to generate a new group with a specific header based on a trigger, such as a status change. I like the flexibility of monday Work Management. We can create and manage everything we need, in the way we want. If we want a new process or pipeline, we simply create a new board. This tool allows us to automate a few things and improve our way of working. It supports our operations across contract management, order management, service management, and CRM efficiently. The easy implementation and straightforward setup made it simple to transition from Teamleader, which lacked the flexibility we desired. monday Work Management enables us to connect with other software tools using Make as middleware, further integrating our financial systems seamlessly. Overall, the adaptability and efficiency of monday Work Management streamline our operations significantly, making it a vital tool for our business. There's just so much nuance with the way files and photos are currently managed together, which is not ideal. I'd love to have a separate place specifically for files. Additionally, the team management capabilities could be improved. I wish there was an option to create and manage a weekly schedule that automatically sends updates about daily tasks and reminds team members to upload photos. The basic application is quite good, once you have mastered it there is a lot power that can be leveraged to get some good results.

It's key to understand, that as with any piece of off the shelf software, it may not do things or follow procedures/processes you may already have in place. Therefore you have to either create work-arounds or be prepared to adapt your SOPs/processes
