Automations should be transferred to another member on the team when the team member who built it leaves the organization. We found they just deleted and it took us a while to realize it and put them back into place. I also think that you should not have to search for BOTH main tasks and sub tasks separately when you are looking for due or past due tasks. There are some granular things about the tool that need updating. If you open in item in My Work view (which is generally a good feature), or you navigate to an item via the Slack integration, it pops you into a view of the task that doesn't show the due date and is not directly aligned, visually, with the parent grouping. So you have to close out the task and search or manually navigate to its grouping to find the context and, particularly, the due date. Least favorite feature/functionality by far.
