It would be helpful to be able to create locks on individual columns on the boards to prevent others from changing column titles. Also, the bar to the left to scroll your list of boards is too thin, often I end up grabbing one of the boards and moving it in my list instead of scrolling through the list and that is annoying. I’m missing the standard pivot table functionality I’m used to in Microsoft Excel. I’ve also noticed what seems to be a limit when selecting more than 500 lines, which makes it harder to work with larger datasets. I like how monday Work Management is easy to set up and share with people. The color coding and customization options are great, allowing us to tailor it to whatever tool we need at the time. It's really helpful for working with different people outside of our organization because they can view everything in real-time and get notified of updates. I don't really like that there's certain things where we'd like to have a number, but have it be arranged. For example, if a fund has 250 to 500 million, or if they invest 5,000 to 500,000, it would be great to have a range that can be sorted numerically from high to low. The table style format is great because of how you can import and export to excel easily, also it is great for people used to excel

I really like monday Work Management's versatility, especially the options to use pre-built templates or build my own using my imagination. The VIBE AI Assistant is simply amazing. I appreciate that I can build bespoke worklists, action tracking, milestones tracking, risk tracking, and progress measurement all on the same platform. Gantt plans and detailed charts can be integrated into dashboards easily, and sharing with stakeholders is straightforward. The intuitive UI, great visuals, and flexibility to create bespoke trackers, boards, and reporting dashboards quickly made a huge impact from the start. I wish there were more automation options around time tracking. The columns in monday Work Management feel a bit limited. When I'm creating subtasks, the limited column interaction is restrictive. I wish I had the ability to use more mathematical integration with formulas and custom columns. Also, I would like the ability to create a base template that auto-updates all projects associated with that template, instead of having to update each project individually when we update our base template. I like the customizability, consistency, format, and interface of monday Work Management. It's easy to use, and these features allow me to build the process and board almost exactly as I like it. I recently created a form just by describing what I needed, and the platform created it by itself, saving me a lot of time. I would say just more features, like, for example, the main thing I use it for is forms. So if monday Work Management could have maybe more features such as a calendar or to-do list or agenda creation. More features in the platform would make me use it more.
