What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?

It is so easy to use, and you can quickly train people. I like the way everything is represented in colours which you can customise, and its feature to send you reminder emails for project tasks. Also, it now has an AI feature which means you can set up a basic project in minutes and then fine-tune and expand on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?

The only thing I don't like is that you cant copy columns from one board and group to another group on the same board or to another board and group. The second thing is that it doesn't have a broadcast feature to send a message to all Monday.com users in the company. This would be useful for sharing trips and improving one's knowledge of it. What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for the organisation's overarching strategic plan, with projects feeding into it. It definitely made us more productive, and it replaced an industry-standard, more expensive product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
