I find monday Work Management incredibly useful for tracking sales funnel, projects, invoices, and payments all in one place where everything can be correlated. I appreciate the ease of use and the simplicity in setting up automations. It's very handy that if I'm trying to do something and can't figure out how, I can ask the onboard AI and it helps me. I wish we could have more status labels. We've used all the available ones and had to combine some to track all the statuses we want. Integrations are great and easy with other softwares. Support is also great, prompt to respond and helpful to accomplish the goal. you can customize your work flow to fit what you need, rather than the typical "out of the box" type of work flow mgmt software. never experience any significant lags or performance errors. occasionally there's an update that might pause automations for a half hour or so, but it picks up when the update is done. Pricing is a bit higher than the competition, but monday.com team seems eager to make that price worth the difference. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to set up work flows across multiple departments in our company and those work flows can pull/push information to/from each other to improve communication and efficiency across our company. file storage is no good. in fact, it's garbage. Monday.com's ability to integrate with other apps effectively is their saving grace. The OneDrive integration specifically is our work around for the file storage issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that monday Work Management is really easy to use. All of the features are super straightforward and simple, which is really nice. I also appreciate the ability to get more complicated by moving into integrations and automations to add even more functionality. The initial setup was very easy as well, allowing us to start building boards right away with very little training needed. I think the only thing that really stands out as something I don't like, is that if you are inviting somebody to your Monday space that doesn't work for your company, for instance, somebody who works at a sister company in your organization, you need an admin's approval in order to add their email address if it doesn't match your domain. Monday.com allows our team to effectively manage all of our projects. We are able to easily enter requests using forms to make sure we have all key info. We can easily assign projects and see what the current status is. We switched over from our interal project request system to Monday.com and it was the best decision we ever made! We can now easily track project use, search current and completed projects, and be easily notified of key updates. I use Monday.com every day for multiple projects across our team. We even use some Monday boards with outside partners by allowing them to be guests on the board. Occassionaly the system has glitches--sometimes the slider bar that allows you to slide from left to right disappears and is only visible if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Monday.com has a great program for nonprofits. It allows us to have real-time access and updates to information, projects, etc. It was easy to set up and learn. We use it daily and have found a ton of ways to use it to our organization's benefit. There are great integrations that are easy to set up and use. Their customer service and support is top-notch! I like being able to load up the 'my work' section and seeing all tasks that I have assigned to me regardless of what project that they are in. I can also choose the columns and order that works best for me in that overall view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When building automations, the date setting options for items are not intuitive. e.g. wanting to setup regular occurring task where the due date is 4 days from the creation date. There is no option for +4 days. If you pick a date, it's a fixed date. If you try to setup a recurring task for every other Friday, there is nothing in the UI to choose the start date, so upon creating it, it's not clear if it will start the next Friday or 2 Fridays from the date you make it. I've found some workarounds by making 'groups' that when tasks are moved to it, it will set a date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the limited interaction between boards is a drawback, and sometimes board loading can be very slow. For very complex boards, you usually have to split the information across multiple boards, but there isn’t really a way to consolidate everything objectively into a single one.
