Momentum has made my life as a RevOps leader so much easier. The automation paired with AI has brought incredible information into our CRM. Sales no longer needs to update CRM data manually, and leadership knows where to go in our system to find it. It truly is brilliant. Integrating Slack and Google Drive allows for great cross-team collaborations without requiring all users to be in a CRM. It's just a great tool and company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Biggest draws:
- AI powered automations (call summarizations, drafted emails, next step updating in SFDC, auto-fill fields)
- Deal / Customer slack rooms with slack automations (emoji react --> update sfdc, email back and forth history)
- Slack Notifications (deal approvals for contracts, closed won deal notifications, new deal movement notifications)
- People (super responsive and helpful team, invested in making their product better with their customers)
Momentum essentially helps give our company view into our CRM without requiring that everyone at the company have a Salesforce license

With any new product that is being built, there can be some hiccups, but the team is very quick to respond, troubleshoot, and fix.

Being able to automate most manual functions that were done with salesforce but also being able to bring salesforce reports to life in a slack channel to help harbor collaboration between teams. Very helpful on the customer retention side Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Momentum has a ton of wow factor features, but what it really comes down to for us is the flexibility and versatility of the platform. Much like Salesforce Flows, Momentum is a revolution in automation and driving the efficient movement and transformation of your data all while keeping it at the fingertips of those who need it most. We've been able to automate a number of rote tasks and reduce the mental overhead for our sales team using Momentum workflows that connect with Salesforce, Gong, Asana, and Google Drive. I really like their vision: they have some functionality similar to Troops and Rattle but go beyond that to solve a far wider array of process and data management tasks. We have a Slack culture and the simplicity of Momentum ensures our Sales Account Team, Ops Teams, and Management Team engage, interact, and don't let things slip through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it's coming but more ability to update SFDC records from the Momentum Opportunity Channels. Today everything is fed into Chatter. Ideally, Contacts, Notes, Documents could be mapped to the fields in SFDC Accounts, Opportunites, Contacts, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working with Momentum has been a great experience. The ability to collaborate with the team and come up with new and innovative ideas have been a benefit to our organization.
