**What do you like best about Momentum CRM?**

Momentum is very neat and formally organized, plus includes a phone app which is reliable and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Momentum CRM?**

If you would consider it a setback it seems awkward in it's drop down menu's and the layout is just too busy

**Recommendations to others considering Momentum CRM:**

Momentum has a phone App which allows for the work flow to continue away from the desk

**What problems is Momentum CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to load customer info easily and quickly and push information into other applications to make the workflow easier and faster

**What do you like best about Momentum CRM?**

I like going through all my follow ups in checklist form. The feeling of being accomplished when all follow up calls are complete. Also like the home screen. 

**What do you dislike about Momentum CRM?**

Not being able to read texts from the app

**What problems is Momentum CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased my productivity ever since switching to momentum.

This software is ok. It is on the slower side and complicated navigating for a beginning. 

**What do you dislike about Momentum CRM?**

takes week to get use to it instead of days making it not cost effective for new employees.

**What problems is Momentum CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

speed of saving and navigating.
