Momento Solutions has helped me a lot in planning and producing virtual events.

Somehow things appear differently from browser to browser (like pop-windows etc.) which led to a presentation being shown in mono instead of audio. We used Momento for our International Pitch Competition with 6 top Business Schools from Latam, back in 2021. It was the first virtual event we held on a platform outside of Zoom and it was excellent.

There are two things I'd highlight:

1. The functionality that allowed us to hold separate meetings between entrepreneurs and investors, all happening at the same time.

After each entrepreneur pitched their startup to the audience, we needed to organize one on one meetings so investors could ask questions and give feedback to each entrepreneur. This worked great with Momento. It was like having separate rooms in the real world.

2. The personal attention received prior, during and after the event by Momento's Team. They had to walk us through each step (as I said, using a platform for events was a first for us) and they did it with an awesome and supporting attitude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't think of anything I disliked.

What I could think of is one feature that would be a nice-to-have for events like ours: A tool that allows us to change entrepreneurs from one room to another after a given period (if possible pre-set and automatically). For all investors to interact with each startup, we need to be strict with timing and, as it happens in live events, it's hard to cut off conversations after the allotted 10 minutes. Great platform for hosting any type of virtual or hybrid events. The sleek user experience and fresh look and feel make Momento an ideal solution for those who care about styling, image aspects, and functionality. The system is customizable and can answer branding needs an organization may have. Additionally, Momento Solutions is language-flexible and can support an event with translations to over 100 languages, thus making the event more engaging and inclusive.
