We participate in various trade shows each year, and managing lead capture and follow-up was always our biggest challenge. Since we started using momencio, everything has changed. It goes beyond being just a scanner—it's a comprehensive engagement system that enables our team to track genuine conversations and immediately follow up with tailored content.

We like the following:
     - The ability to scan badges or business cards and have real-time lead enrichment (even when events don’t offer APIs).
	-	Seamless Salesforce integration—our reps love that data flows directly into CRM, no manual uploads.
	-	We can see who engages with our collateral, what they click, how long they view it—game-changer for prioritizing leads.
	-	The digital briefcase/follow-up tool helps our team make an impression before the prospect even leaves the booth.

**What do you dislike about momencio?**

It took me a few reps and a couple of shows to really get comfortable with all the features of the app, but the training provided by momencio was thorough and helpful. I would appreciate even more advanced analytics, especially the ability to filter by region or product line, and I've heard that this feature may be on the way.

**What problems is momencio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer depend on spreadsheets, generic post-show emails, or simply hope that our representatives remembered to follow up. By making these changes, we've minimized lead leakage, responded more quickly, and have been able to close deals faster because we could immediately identify the hottest prospects after each event.

**What do you like best about momencio?**

One of the best things about Momencio is its multi-channel lead ingestion/record capturing capabilities. I can import a list of records via its web app, scan business card on the go in the event, and add people directly to the centralized DB through their iOS/Android app. Very easy to use/no frill mobile/web interface. Doesn't have a steep learning curve. Additionally, their AI Enrichment is fantastic as well. The customer support team is great as well. Easy to implement from ground up and you can integrate it with your MAP/CRM as well (e.g., HubSpot, SalesForce, Marketo, etc.)

**What do you dislike about momencio?**

Not always, but sometimes I see bugs/minor glitches in their mobile app (specifically, iOS). I have informed Momencio team about it, and hopefully, they fix it soon.

**What problems is momencio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momencio helps us enable our on-field event captains running events for us at various places/showing demos, etc., to be able to ingest records from the Momencio mobile app directly. No need to maintain a manual spreadsheet - just scan the badge/business card, and you're good to go. The records get added to the central Momencio database -- the sync between mobile and web app is real-time, i.e., the record gets synced to the centralized DB as soon as you add it via phone. This helps us manage our leads, assign qualified leads to the sales agents for follow-up, etc. Additionally, it also supports sending post-event follow-up emails (personalized), which is a great feature too.

We were on the market for a lead acquisition software to replace our clunky incumbent solution. After reviewing the market we found that Momencio fit our needs perfectly in terms of CRM integration and capabilities. We spoke to Manos and Alexandra at the team there (Who are great btw) and the showed us not just the lead scanning that we needed but also the engagement opportunities which are possible when using Momencio. Feedback from the sales team is very positive. Really easy to set up and use at each event we have.

Momencio is extremely effective at streamlining lead capture during events and trade shows. I particularly like how easy it is to scan badges, qualify leads on the spot, and instantly sync everything with our CRM. The UI is intuitive, and the automation saves our team a lot of time.

The biggest upside is how it bridges the gap between marketing and sales. Post-event follow-ups are faster and more personalized thanks to the data Momencio collects. It also helps us measure event ROI much more clearly. Having everything in one platform - from lead capture to email engagement - makes it a powerful tool for B2B teams attending events.

Momencio functions like a mini-CRM, which is incredibly helpful as we navigate the transition between full CRM systems. It allows us to capture and organize key contact information, meeting notes, and interaction history all in one place, helping maintain continuity and keep relationships on track without needing a complex platform.

Hands down, Momencio is a state-of-the-art, game-changing app in lead capture and management. If you’ve hosted corporate events in the past, you are probably aware of the distress and the frustration of not just measuring but following up with the collected leads – let alone serving customized, personalized messages for them. It never ends, does it? Even if everything goes according to plan, on the day, you always get the notion that you don’t have the capacity or the tools to go beyond the surface and genuinely make the most of all the valuable insights you’ve gained about your audience, in the process. 
 
Enter Momencio. It just exceeded every expectation we’ve had and the frustration I was referring to now feels like an unpleasant but distant memory. There’s absolutely nothing that this marvel of an app cannot do! **What do you like best about momencio?**

Momencio is a class apart from any other sales enablement tool we have ever used, a game-changer for anyone who wants to boost their sales. It absolutely and completely evolved how we conduct our marketing strategy, and the sales enforcement decisions we make, so much so that I cannot imagine doing business without it. Its intelligent technologies have transformed our events from passive activities to interactive experiences; its ability to capture, analyze and provide insights on data in real-time has provided tangible results that we proudly report on, and it works excellently with our CRM platform. All-in-all, a holistic tool that delivers on its promise of boosting sales.

**What do you dislike about momencio?**

The only drawback for me was that it offers too many choices and endless opportunities if you know what I mean; but with the helping hand and support of our Momencio partners, this was never a problem.

If you’re looking for a tool that will effectively streamline how you work to boost your sales, look no further than Momencio. This app was created to make the most of every interaction your audience has with your brand, turning experiences into leads, and leads into sales. Simple, innovative, and groundbreaking. How did it transform how we work? Well, I am Head of Marketing at a renowned business consultancy firm. Due to the nature of my work, I’m frequently invited to presentations, corporate events, workshops, annual kickoffs, etc. Using Momencio enabled me to not just deliver more interactive presentations but actually “invite” my audience into real-time interaction, collecting leads on a landing asset designed especially for the keynote. Needless to say, that we had already connected Momencio with our CRM system - which was thrilling to watch if I am being honest in terms of how easy it is - and the rest is history! We can now leverage these events to the maximum!

It takes some time to get used to it, and there are infinite possibilities that one can feel quite overwhelmed initially. But I do value that the Momencio team replied and addressed initial issues promptly.

It was challenging for me to generate leads and collect them during presentations and industry events. It was necessary for me to have an automated and trustworthy solution that could offer me the interactive tools to accomplish this on stage. The platform is flexible and easy to use, while at the same time allowing us to do things that we have not been able to do in the past. We have been using momencio since late last year and we have already been able to see how our events are performing and the ROI that it has generated. momencio also integrated seamlessly with our Salesforce CRM and HubSpot.
