I appreciate the lead funnel tool with text and email capabilities. **What do you dislike about Momence?** Momence failed at all levels. Onboarding was difficult. Platform was not flexible in allowing different season or session approaches. The sales team miscommunication made it seem the platform could do a lot more than it actually could. Lots of bugs in the software. Lots of wasted time trying to get everything set up. I was pushed through onboarding and launched without anything being functional. **What problems is Momence solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Momence for CRM in running a dance studio, specifically enrolling students in classes and managing leads, which helps with marketing to potential students. ### 2.
