This company doesn't provide service or support outside of business hours (9 to 5). If you're a business that needs your service up and running 24 hours, this is not the company for you. In addition, the expectations they set during onboarding for how long the port would take was wrong. Find a more mature company and ask about their support hours. I like the templates and the ability to bulk email, as well as partner it with pardot for SMS automation. I have also really enjoyed the Mogli team and their willingness and ability to create solutions that work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that if you are having issues, support is almost always available and replies quickly. There is a very thorough user guide and accompanying videos as well. I like that Mogli sms integrates with Salesforce and this has made it possible to automate our sms marketing efforts through the Salesforce interface.I like how our customers are able to respond to all marketing sms messages sent to them ,thus making it easier to know the thoughts of our customers to whatever marketing message we passed across to them.
