This company doesn't provide service or support outside of business hours (9 to 5). If you're a business that needs your service up and running 24 hours, this is not the company for you. In addition, the expectations they set during onboarding for how long the port would take was wrong. Find a more mature company and ask about their support hours. I like the templates and the ability to bulk email, as well as partner it with pardot for SMS automation. I have also really enjoyed the Mogli team and their willingness and ability to create solutions that work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Logged communication within Salesforce of all incoming and outgoing messages (with who sent them). The ability to build workflows to send off text messages or even capture information in a text conversation to create leads is super! Customer Support with Mogli is top notch. I like that Mogli sms integrates with Salesforce and this has made it possible to automate our sms marketing efforts through the Salesforce interface.I like how our customers are able to respond to all marketing sms messages sent to them ,thus making it easier to know the thoughts of our customers to whatever marketing message we passed across to them.
