**What do you like best about Mobly?**

At past conferences, it has been difficult to manage recording names/roles/emails of booth attendees while trying to talk with them. I've often had to manually add this information after the conference. With Mobly, this has become a much easier process! I can simply scan the badge and Mobly does the rest!

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

It takes some time for the lead information to generate, it would be helpful if this was a faster process.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

Really appreciate how quickly I'm able to add leads without a ton of extra clicks!  My team can add leads and everything is in one place! They are very open to feedback and I've already noticed that they've implemented feedback from our organization.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

I wish I could pre-populate a list of attendees I'd like to meet prior to the conference (maybe through CSV/excel uploads).

Also, sometimes it takes a while to "Enrich".

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

Gathering information from potential customers hasn't always been an easy process at a conference. We have used paper and pencil as well as QR codes to generate information. It would take a long time to organize all of the information as well as sort into categories. With Mobly, it was a simple process to scan attendees from my phone and have the information generate within thirty minutes. At the end of the day, we were able to have a complete list of those attendees. It was a simplistic process  as well as easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

It took too long for the list to generate and I wish we could write notes immediately after the attendee walked off instead of waiting for it to generate. I am sure it will be refined and even more functional at my next event.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating a list of attendees that would take longer with other means. It allowed for the customers to do nothing except get their badge scanned. In the past, the attendee would have to fill out the information requested.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

I love how easy Mobly is to use. You install the app on your own cellphone and use that to scan expo booth visitors' badges. They changed the notes section recently so you can easily add notes to each visitor. I love the custom fields, too! The integration into Salesforce is seamless.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

One day at the conference, we encountered a problem with a software update that they had pushed overnight. Mobly was not letting us scan badges. We took the photos using our phone and added them later. We reached out to customer support, and they were able to fix the problem quickly!

It was so nice to be able to quickly take a picture, continue the conversation and then add notes later. Every event has its down time, so Mobly made it easy to go back and add details if I couldn't do it in the moment.

I did get a little mixed up at times in the app and feel like the navigation could be improved. Once I got the hang of it, I was fine.

Historically we've either captured leads on pen and paper or through a web form. Both had their issues and delays. Mobly makes it easier to input the information, ensure it's accurate, and follow up immediately.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

I was really intrigued by the concept of Mobly - app-based lead capture and the ability to find and source accurate data. All you need is the app, which enables anyone to participate in lead capture at events. In the past, we've paid a hefty price for the scanning guns, which limit our ability to scan more people; what's more, Mobily helps to orchestrate follow-up so we can hit the ground running right after the event. It's been a game changer for us.

It's easy to get up and running and the team is very responsive/easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

At the first event, they were working out a few kinks and we saw spotty performance RE: connectivity. The second event was bigger and they seemed to have solved many of these issues.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we go to events, the most important objective is to ensure we capture all leads quickly and easily. Mobly enables EVERYONE on the team to use their phone to scan leads and orchestrate follow-ups. It save time and let's us focus on selling.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

The best thing for Labra in using the Mobly Platform is that my entire team can use it at or outside an event to capture someone to create a follow-up. Having the same app to use over and over makes each person very comfortable capturing the leads and how to follow up. Having the direct sync to HubSpot for marketing to reach out quickly following the event is also been a big time saver and enhanced our ROI.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

The only issue we had was at some of the conferences the bandwidth to the internet is bad and caused delays. However, the Mobly team reacted quickly to this issue for me and we have not had any issues since they made some changes.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to use the same tool at every event and have each person with their scanner. This saved us money on not having to rent the conference scanners, which also meant we depended on them sending the data to us, which often took days after the show, delaying our outreach. The data enrichment and sync to our CRM gave us all the contact points to be able to do multiple channels of pushing information to the prospects.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

We began using Mobly to collect contact at state conferences.  We were able to scan the badges of the attendees that visited our table instead of asking them to fill out a form.  This made it much easier for our team and for the attendees.  The information was collected in the platform and we were able to make individual notes.  The mobly app was easy to use and quickly collects accurate information.

We were at on conference on Sunday and weekends seemed to be slower for integration.

As a sales rep that attends a lot of tradeshows and conferences, I loved the aspect that I can use the same app at each event rather than relying on the typically subpar event app to capture leads.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

It does take a few seconds between each picture taken within the app which is a little slower than other event apps.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobly is leveraging its technology to be the only app you need for every tradeshow and conference you go to. Before Mobly, we had to download a new app(sometimes multiple) for each event as each event usually has their own lead capture tool. The standard lead capture tools offered at the event are usually really expensive and unreliable. Mobly is a game changer for us as we can now use just one app and all of our leads can flow into our CRM rather than dealing with csv lists.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

I'm a HubSpot partner, and work with clients who constantly are looking for a better solution for lead capture when at events. From tradeshows to events that you're hosting - Mobly is the answer.  It solves the problem of event attribution, getting contacts into the system to work them quickly, and providing accurate contact info. No more waiting two weeks after an event to get those contacts or having to try and manually capture contact info with forms. 

If you're an organization that relies on events as a channel for bringing in business,  I feel confident that this would greatly increase your bottom line. Simply put, Mobly works. And it works really really well.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

For a newer product, they've knocked it out of the park.  They've made consistent updates so I'm excited to see what it looks like as they grow.

Getting contacts into HubSpot, removing the manual process and wait times, and having accurate data.

When you use Mobly, you can tell that it was built by sales and marketing experts -- people who have struggled with apps like these. The app is streamlined to get the most information from events and other interactions into your CRM cleanly and quickly. And, because it is event agnostic, you train your staff once and they become Mobly experts. There's no retaining, and you'll never have to deal with setup and training for another crappy event-specific lead scanner.

We're pretty early users, so I haven't found anything yet. We had a couple ideas for new small features and the Mobly team was all over it!!

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobly is making lead scanning and follow-up a breeze for my team at events. Events are expensive and it's critical that we get the most out of them. We can't afford for lead scanners that don't work to get in the way of our event goals.

I used Mobly at a trade show that I attended but didn't sponsor so I didn't have a lead scanner. It was so easy to just use my phone to scan badges, mark notes and have all of the appended info easily accessible for follow up. 

I can see how this would make it so much easier at a show with a lot of staff - no more fighting over the lead scanner that is confusing to use and heavy anyway. Also having the information immediately available instead of waiting for your lists, then having to manage and share out would be really valuable.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

I have not use Mobly enough to have seen any downsides yet.

Speed to lead follow up, cost of multiple scanners, ability to scan when just attending events and not sponsoring

You don't have to think to use the app, we literally just took pictures of their work badges and then all the contact info and lead info was updated without us having to do anything. It wasn't awkward for the attentdees erither and it allowed us to focus on the conversation with the valuable in person time.

Honestly not much. Maybe I wish they had a desktop login as well? But I'm guessing that's just on the admin side.

- Hard to getr people's contact info when you are in person
- You don't have time to look people up
- You want to spend the time onsite talking to people, not writing down info

It's so easy to use. While the enrichment isn't 100% it gets close and we are able to get more leads as a result. It streamlines the follow up process and makes it fool proof. So easy to integrate and implement.

I wish the scheduling tool in the app currently works. It's a future feature I'm excited to use though.

For our company, we go to a lot of in-person events that don't have lead capture. This solves that pain point no other company or service has. We can easily collect prospect/customer data, and qualify and it's waiting in the CRM for our rep who scanned the lead to follow up.

Getting contacts is easier and simpler, they help a lot with finding the contacts if you can't seem to grab an email or number off the potential lead. Their customer support is nice and they always reach out super fast, their features are pretty cool.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

As an operations person, Mobly solves the #1 issue I have with Events. Sales going rogue and creating leads in the CRM without following the process that will attribute the event. 

This is the most time consuming mind numbing experience. 

The ability for sales to input leads with their notes directly into their phone, and then sending that through to the CRM within seconds is game changing. 

But all operations and processes aside, the experience for the customer is better. They get to have an authentic conversation with sales and then since they go into the CRM in seconds they can have the intended experience they want with the brand.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

There isn't really anything I don't like right now. 

It does take some setup, like any technology tool. You need to make sure you think through that. If you don't you won't be successful with it. 

But the tool really is the slickest capture and enrich tool I've seen out there.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At events sales wants to capture their leads quickly at the point of conversation and make sure that its a smooth conversation. 

Field Marketing wants to make sure all the leads from the events are captured with the proper notes and that it gets attributed to the event and that they have a universal tool. 

Revenue Ops wants to make sure that the process they created is followed and doesn't break. 

Mobly helps sales enter leads direct into the database. Field Marketing gets a way to capture leads universally with the proper notes. Revenue Ops gets the leads into the database without a broken process.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Mobly. 

Any salesperson or marketer knows the challenge of prospecting at in-person events is collecting the information needed to follow up with all your leads. And running the process to actually follow up. 

Being able to scan or enter a lead’s name at an event, and watching as all their contact data populates into Mobly, feels like magic. 

The Mobly setup and implementation were super easy. Since they integrate with CRM, all of the essential lead data makes its way to its final destination, which helps drastically in converting in-person leads to deals. In addition, the customer support and their team are awesom. Super quick to jump in and answer questions.
 
Story Time: 
I used the Capture, Enrich, and Engage features a lot a few weeks back at a recent conference in SLC. When I scanned one of my lead’s name badges, they said, 

“Here, let me give you my LinkedIn!”

The lead was mind-blown when I showed him that Mobly had already provided it for me, along with his personal phone number, email, company number, etc. Gotta love it!

Nothing, it really does feel like absolute magic.

Any salesperson or marketer knows the challenge of prospecting at in-person events is collecting the information needed to follow up with all your leads. **What do you like best about Mobly?**

As marketers, we've all most likely been there. You spend a ton of money to attend a trade show or marketing event. You've got your shiny booth, your distinctive swag, and you're ready to go. Of course AFTER you pay Freeman or some other event organizer another $500-$1000 for a lead capture device that they control and manage. Want a couple of more? No price break, spend a few more hundred dollars. So that MAYBE 3-7 days after the show, you'll get your lead list from them, so that you can finally start following up on all of the great conversations that you had at the show. You're completely held captive by their processes and control. 

We can all agree this is a space that is in desperate need of disruption, and thankfully Mobly delivers. Mobly's single app is simple to use, and pumps all contact information that we capture directly into our CRM. What used to take days now takes seconds, literally. It's an absolute game changer because we can respond as soon as we need to, to contacts we meet. We can put notes directly into the app, and everything is captured. It is quite simply a must-have for the modern marketer.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

So far, nothing yet has shown up on the "dislike" pile. The team is super engaged, and super helpful in getting us the information that we need. If there are issues or bugs, they are on it right away. So far, it's been really great.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead velocity primarily. I've never understood why we have to wait so long to have follow-up conversations with prospects. By the time we can finally get organized and de-dupe our lists, and get them loaded where they need to be loaded, the prospect has already forgotten our initial conversation. Mobly helps us to be more proactive, and streamlined.

Mobly takes something that has historically been cumbersome and makes it not only easy, but somewhat fun. Cutting down the time to create leads and populate a CRM with info and next steps is a vital tool in growing business no matter where you work. This tool should be as ubiquitous as bathrooms!

I also love that it's a no-code implementation and ANYONE can use it! As they continue to build integrations, it should be seamless between capture and CRM within seconds.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

As an MVP, Mobly is just getting started. I have heard their roadmap and I am just hoping that everything goes smoothly and they release all the cool features they have lined up.

Integrations and low-code/no-code is going to be paramount as Mobly continues to grow.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobly takes what has historically been a days or weeks-long process and turns it into one that takes just seconds. It allows you to take simple information of name and company and turn it into enriched data including contact information and social profiles. The additional step of creating action items and follow up right there on the spot is super helpful too!

Mobly allows my team to use one app at every event (most recently SaaStr and Dreamforce). It cuts down on training and streamlines how we capture leads. It was cool that they were able to enrich my badge scans w/ contact info.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

Nothing yet, so far everything has been smooth sailing. There were a couple bugs on lead capture but it turned out to be conference Wifi issues. Anything that came up was quickly resolved!

Mobly > spreadsheets. I can easily add 100s of badge scans directly to Salesforce, enrich them w/ contact info and add them directly to my Apollo sequences. Time saved!

Super easy app to use and well organized with the UI and UE.  Concise fields to ender in potential leads.   The AI from the picture was flawless too, I did not have to go back and edit fields.  Super good to use if you scan a leads business card.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

Would be great to have a dark mode option in the app or app settings.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy solution to capture leads in the field with enriched data and clear fields to input lead or prospect information including contact name, number, picture, etc.  I was able to connect with potential leads on LinkedIn easily.

Convenience. I've used vairous different apps while attending many different events over the years and they're all either clunky, inconsistent or don't quite do everything we need. 
Mobly checks all of those boxes keeping is simple and consistent.

Instantly capturing leads and having them in my CRM without waiting for a CSV list or having to manually enter each lead has been amazing for the sales team! So many issues are being solved with Mobly. After using it the first time it was a must have for us! Highly suggest for anyone who does events for their business!

No complaints, the tech is newer but they release updates all the time and we have had no issues to date.

Going to events previously has been so hard to figure out our ROI on the money we spend at each event. Using Mobly has allowed my marketing team to figure real ROI to show what deals are coming from these events. Being able to instantly do schedule a meeting or drop into a drip campaign is where my team loves Mobly.

Mobly has been a game changer for our business!! It has allowed us to increase our new customer engagement EXPONENTIALLY! We are able to add them to our CRM immediately, send a message, and create a follow-up task while still talking to our potential customer. I can't believe we used to wait 10 days to get our lead list that wasn't even separated by who generated the lead and half of the info was inaccurate. This is seriously such a game changer!

I'm yet to find one! I have been thoroughly impressed!!

Speed to engagement with our customers! We are getting instant engagement which is allowing us to close or start the close process by the time that we used to even get our lead information. I'm FLOORED with how amazing it is!

All of my collauges would complain about other apps being too complicated and loved how Mobly allowed them to easily gather information at events, especially when it gets crazy.

Sometimes the information would take a while to download but that could have been due to my internet access. Other than that there is nothing i dislike.

quickly and easily capture contact information without having to verbally gather it myself. It allows more time for a genuine conversation and less time exchanging contact info.

I'm sure the capability is there and perhaps it's on our end but if it could sync to our CRM it would be super useful.

I'm all about going from connection to interations to relationship to revenue. Mobly makes meeting in-person and continue that conversation easy and fluid, while also tying it back to a CRM like no one else. Across all reps, all events, of all sizes and mediums. It's truly the helping relationships turn into revenue for me.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

The UI is improving, some bulkiness / friction but overall nothing like the throw away event apps. Still way better. Anxious for every iteration they put out, gets better.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Truly eliminates need for business cards, but not only that, it gets the same data that's in the hands of the rep in the CRM. And shows activity. All without friction to the natural conversation methods (text, call, email, etc.).

Mobly allows me to use one app at every event. It cuts down on training and gives a consistency to how i capture field leads. Since they don’t require event API access, it also saves us loads of money.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

Nothing yet, so far everything has been smooth sailing. If there is ever a bug, the team is on it quickly.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single use badge scanning apps and devices don't care about the end user. Their relationship is with the event host. At the end of the day, we're stuck w a CSV spreadsheet which takes a long time to enrich and push live. This historically has killed engagement rates and event ROI. Mobly solves that by getting people enriched and into our CRM instantly.

Mobly removes the pains of lead capture apps at conferences, trade shows, or even in the most random place where you meet an "under the radar" prospect. Mobly captures and enriches leads so you don't have to.

Forget the event lead capture apps, collecting business cards, etc. Mobly just simply makes life easier.

Haven't run into any problems yet. The Mobly team is very responsive to answer questions and help when needed.

Like I said previously, Mobly captures and enriches leads so you don't have to.

Forget the event lead capture apps, exporting leads to a clunky CSV, collecting business cards, etc. 

Mobly just simply makes life easier when time is of the essence.

Easiest way to capture and enrich leads in person by far. 100% better than anything else out there including the scanners that cost an arm and a leg that the events sell.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

Can't think of anything at the moment. Everything that has been brought up has either been fixed or on the road map.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing the best leads in person is broken. I would have to wait for my team to get the leads into Salesforce or I would have to manually enter business cards. With Mobly I can scan a business card and it will be put into Salesforce and into a sequence in a matter of minutes.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

Easiest way to get a new contacts information into our CRM. Completely changed the way that we have had conversations at events, (get to avoid taking notes in google and slack, and the awkward end of conversation at the end trying to type contact information in at a computer). I am able to reach out to my contacts that same night once I am done for the day and continue the conversations while we had while it is still fresh in their mind too.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

Haven't found one yet. There are features that are coming soon that sound like they wil be great. It was easy to implement, and easy to use and integrate with our current CRM. No complaints!

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to continue to converse with prospects at conferences without feeling like we need to soft close them and get their information into our computer. We can focus on our process and know that the information is there immediately vs waiting til days or weeks after the conference to try and reach back out.

It was really easy and intuitive to start using the tool right away. I didn't need a bunch of FAQs as everything was self-explanatory and searching for the contacts was great. 

It's also surprising to see all the contact details pulled in, sometimes contact information that wasn't even in the original photo!

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

Sometimes it takes a second to capture and read someone's badge details from a photo, but otherwise it's great.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster lead capture and faster access to enriched leads, leading to a shorter sell cycle. This is so important coming off of hot conversations when I want to followup quickly!

Very easy to use. Very consistent and saves so much time for teams going to conferences/events. The data aspect blew me away. Not only the level of data they have but how quickly it moves from the phone into the CRM.

It's still in early stages, so there are going to be bugs. But the team at Mobly is extremely fast at resolving any bug problems.

The Mobly app is extremely easy to use and navigate through.  The two things I was most impressed by were: The ability to text/call/email straight from the app, and the ease of going back into the app after the event and edit any leads.
