Mobilize provides me with a platform that is easy to use and edit. I can create various types of events that match the information that I both need to provide and collect from my volunteers.

The integration with vote builder/NGPvan. Since implementing mobilize we have seen an increase in overall engagement with our events. Mobilize has worked seamlessly with our other tools specifically DNC vote builder. When a volunteer registers for an event it is automatically logged by the API in their vote builder profile. Allowing us to see what democratic voters are the most engaged and which ones attend our events and those events specifically. The automated text reminder for upcoming events has significantly increased engagement since people get a reminder text automatically before the event is going to take place. By reminding volunteers beforehand we have seen better follow through and a lower flake rate overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Doesn't integrate with Facebook events, so you have to input that info twice. It's frustrating that Facebook doesn't automatically link with mobilize, so the work has to be done more than once. For example engagement significantly decreases since most volunteers only click attend on the Facebook event and never RSVP to the mobilize event also. It would be far easier if there was a Facebook API that directly linked Facebook events to the mobilize platform. This automated feature would significantly increase overall follow through regarding event attendence. This integration would significantly reduce our flake rate. An email RSVP integration for common CRMs like MailChimp would also significantly increase engagement overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the founder of a non-profit political activist group with members across the country, this tool is an excellent way for streamling campaign volunteer opportunities through our page as if we are hosting them, but actually plugging our existing members into campaign opportunities across the nation with the actual campaigns themselves.

This helps us to effectively channel our volunteers into opportunities where they can be useful. This tool allows me to pick which campaigns and candidates we stream to ensure they are in keeping with our organization's ideological and political objectives. Picking the campaign opportunites to stream through our page can be slow and cumbersome. There are so many that it takes quite a while to load and pick which ones to stream. This could be faster and would make this tool perfect. Also, it's not clear if all campaigns use this tool so there does leave a feeling that we are missing some opportunities if they aren't plugged in through Mobilize. I love the SMS/Email reminder feature! I have used a variety of sign-up platforms and this proves to be the strongest yet. It's layout for a volunteer is super simple, encourages multiple sign-ups, and the reminder feature takes time off of my and my teams hands! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The primary things that I dislike about mobilize is it's connectivity with VAN and how to schedule in dates and times. VAN - wish you could designate if there are attendees/volunteers/ etc on mobilize while setting up because changes can't be made in VAN once made. For scheduling dates and times - I'd like to have an option where I can select multiple days and times so that I dont have to do a constant back and forth of adding times.
