**What do you like best about Mobile Text Alerts?**

When looking to create a small list for our business to check-in on investors, we were looking for an interface that was easy to use, and easy to personalize. So far, it's been precisely what we've looked for. The price has been fair, and the customer response team was prompt in addressing any issues I had. I highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Text Alerts?**

Our free trial did not enable us to send even a text to a small list until we upgraded, so we were not able to measure response rates prior to signing up. It's worked out well, but I wish we had the ability to send a few texts to a small list beforehand.

We can now send texts to investors much more quickly, rather than having to do each follow-up individually.

**What do you like best about Mobile Text Alerts?**

I like how easy it is to add subsribers, it is very intuitive. Also the reporting tools are great because you can see whp's carrier rejected the message, etc. Easy to implement and integrate as well. Customer support is nearly immediate with the chat bar on the right. I use it frequently.

I don't like how you can't select multiple contacts from the rejected by carrier list to delete all at once.

It helps me to send out mass texts while keeping conversations and delivery isolated so group chats don't get created, and I use it to track my campaigns.

Need a better system for reviewing sent messages, as well as sorting subscribers/users in alpha order for ease of access.

With a large employee base in the field without company emails, Mobile Text Alerts allows us to commuicate directly with employees through their personal cell phones. This has helped us to engage employees directly and improve our employee retention rate in a high-turnover industry.

I like the affordability most (as well as the very easy setup process). It was not complicated in the slightest for me to set up. Comparatively, I would be paying more elsewhere for a more dated product.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Text Alerts?**

The only downside I can provide you with is that I wasn't aware (upfront) that it would take the mobile carrier 3-5 business days to complete the registration process. It could be fixed by notifying the customer prior to selecting a payment plan.

Mobile Text Alerts is helping to solve the issue of communicating effectively with customers. I can do more with less work. I'm able to send text messages which have a much higher view rate than emails.

Very intuitive, easy to use; keeps message history and dashboard; very responsive customer support; easy to add and remove recipients.

Some messages go to *almost* everyone, but there doesn't seem to be a way to select everyone, but "do not send" to these few people.

Quick, short messaging to employees. Not everyone has email, but everyone has a phone.

The system works really well for the most part. Easy to use, easy to understand. I love mostly that there is toll over credits for the texting. So if I don't use them all in a month I can rollover to the next month.

The one thing that would be nice to see is an option to have "systems". Like saved texts that you can just submit the number and the "system" sends all the messages at schedule times. I know other platforms can do this.

I have several hundred on my team and this apps allows me to sort and send as needed. I can even create little groups which is really nice. I stay way more organized and save a lot of time rather than sending individual messages.

What is there not to like about MTA's? I have been a customer for many years and their pricing was what drew me in initially. I have used mobile text alert companies in the past, but their reliability is par to none. Their customer service is quick and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Text Alerts?**

The only thing that I dislike about Mobile text alerts is that you have to go to a computer to view who opted out rather than just clicking the button and seeing immediately who opted out so you can reach out if you needed to.

We use it for one of our church communication avenues. It has been easy to use and it doesn't require a novice to be able to use and integrate our information. It's great!

**What do you like best about Mobile Text Alerts?**

I am a university instructor that has been looking for a solution to help my students.  I know that there are many marketing systems out there that could help me in delivering SMS messages to my students. The criteria had to be low cost and easy to use, as I am not a marketing professional.  I examined and tested well over a dozen systems.  In the end, I chose Mobile-Text-Alerts.com.  It is very easy to use yet offers many sophisticated functions like  
- Drip Campaigns
- Inbox with free inbound messaging
- Scheduled Messages
- Group Messaging. 

It is also available at a very reasonable cost. 

The extra bonus for me was when I needed some help with a feature (remember, I’m NOT a marketing professional, lol) and their customer service was knowledgeable, efficient, and able to educate me and solve my issue quickly. 

Mobile-Text-Alerts.com was the clear winner in my search.

I didn't quite understand how some components worked, as it didn't seem intuitive to me.  It is most likely because I am NOT a marketing professional.  I contacted support, and they were able to help me understand what I needed to do.

Some people have problems figuring out how to signup for our text alerts, but we are able to help them navigate that problem or manual add them.

Mobile text alert allows different groups and set the time for a future message.  It is easy to use and has a mobile and desktop.  I have never used a different program but this one works very well.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Text Alerts?**

It goes down all the time.  We use this as our alert for hospital staff to come into work.  It often goes down on the weekends and we have to call another manager to put it the message.

We are able to get info out to the entire team at any moment.  We can choose groups to pick exactly we need to reach so we do not get other staff bothered by to many texts.

Mobile Text Alerts allow you to build a customer base with mobile phone numbers and email addresses. You can create subgroups of customers that they can self-select or you can assign. Perfect for audience creation.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Text Alerts?**

The Mobile Text Alerts app (for manager's mobile phone) is better than it was (used to be a ported version of the website), but it could still be improved to make it easier to read/use on a small screen. A mobile app doesn't necessarily need all the functionality that's on the website.

**What problems is Mobile Text Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobile Text Alerts allows me to quickly reach my customers. I can message all customers or I can choose smaller groups to address. I can also choose to send messages immediately or I can schedule their release.

MTA is a wonderfully designed text messaging system. It is easy to use, and when it's not, a team member is standing by to happily help you with your needs. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. I have had MANY questions answered quickly and easily.

Mobile Text Alerts is simple to use. We have been using it for many years now and we have never encountered a problem with their service. They are always quick to answer if you have any questions. They are more affordable than most of their competitors and I like the web interface that allows you to control your options.

The only downside of Mobile Text Alerts is that their app is sometimes slow. I typically use the web interface so there is no troubles here.

Messages have to be short unless you want to use multiple credits. It's forced me to be creative with messaging. I wish you could send 1 photo with a short message for 1 credit.

Mobile Text Alerts is very easy to use and meets our needs in communicating with our team members that don't have company email.  This is the only service that we have used to send text messages.

I haven't really found anything that could be considered a downside.  It does everything that I need it to do.

I really appreciate the ease of use for the admin console and dashboard.  It's very easy to use and set up distinct groups to send out tailored messages to those groups.

Personally, I do not have any issues with the program or the site.  I find it incredibly easy for my users to sign up and receive my messages.  I have no complaints with the company or services.

We realized we had no mass communication tool besides email (which some of my workforce doesn't check often).  I have found Mobile Text Alerts to be the best option for us to send out urgent company messages, such as internet/phone outages, weather alerts, store closings, unexpected road conditions on their commutes, etc.  This application closed the gap in these critical messages.

There arent many downsides, more integrations with additional software or databaeses would be great but it works well enough with zapier which we use to keep our list up to date.

Easy to set up. Customer service is outstanding. Easy to add users. Love that it keeps you updated on your usage for the month.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Text Alerts?**

When you have to send a lengthy text and it'ssplit into multiple text they don't always display in the correct order.

**What problems is Mobile Text Alerts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fastest way to reach a large group of people in seconds.  I also love that I can reach select people of our large group with ease.

We so appreciate your review and nice feedback! Glad to hear you've found the service useful to reach a large group of people quickly. In case it helps clarify regarding the lengthy texts that split into multiple - we do submit the message to the phone carriers in the right order, although they may deliver it to the phones out of order. However, most phones will deliver the message as a single block even if it's long, and you could also use the MMS option to send longer messages without splitting.
