**What do you like best about Mobile Office for Genesys?**

What I like most about Mobile Office for Genesys is that it brings the full Genesys Cloud experience to the mobile environment, allowing supervisors and key users to maintain visibility and control of the operation in real-time without relying on a laptop or being physically on-site.

Its main advantage is operational continuity: it facilitates quick decision-making, KPI monitoring, and timely incident management from anywhere, keeping track of the operation even when not in front of a computer.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Office for Genesys?**

Some advanced monitoring features are only available in the desktop version, which somewhat limits the experience outside of the computer.

**What problems is Mobile Office for Genesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolve the lack of visibility when I am out of the office, as it allows monitoring the operation in real-time. This helps me make quick decisions from anywhere and maintain control of what is happening.

**What do you like best about Mobile Office for Genesys?**

First of all, the functionality itself: handling queue calls from mobile devices with full queue features. You’re not just going to listen to the audio; you get a complete Genesys Cloud experience, including viewing participant data, adding notes, and selecting wrap-up codes.

Right after that, there’s the positive feedback from end users: it’s stable, easy to use, and it doesn’t cause any battery issues.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Office for Genesys?**

What end users expect to be improved is the ability to transfer a call from mobile to desktop and back. It’s not a must-have feature, but it would be helpful in some cases.

**What problems is Mobile Office for Genesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It covers the use case of people who handle customers’ calls even if they are not really contact center advisors. They are specialists and need more flexibility to travel and handle calls from wherever they are—whether out in the field or simply moving around the building—with very little need to be physically present at their desk.

The Mobile Office app has significantly improved, especially after the recent update that resolved issues with CarPlay and Android Auto integration. It’s great to see how user feedback is actively considered and translated into tangible enhancements. The responsiveness of the development team and their commitment to continuous improvement really stand out.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Office for Genesys?**

So far, there’s nothing negative to report. I’ll be keeping an eye out for any additional feedback from users and will share it as it comes in.

Easy to use. Great UX and a fantastic support. Company really listen to enhancements and implement them quickly. The app is really easy to implement and integrate to Genesys Cloud and gives a huge value to the customers.

Can not think of anything, really. I wish everyone could be this customer-friendly.

The users can now go mobile for real and do not have to sit at their computer all the time

Mobile Office for Genesys has significantly improved our customer's communication flow and operational efficiency, making daily interactions seamless. The team behind the solution has been outstanding—from onboarding to ongoing support, their expertise and responsiveness make them a true partner in success.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Office for Genesys?**

Although communications and support have not been an issue, I wish Ideal Systems had an office in the U.S.

**What problems is Mobile Office for Genesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is for an international airport, and employees have to work in many buildings that encompass a very wide area.
