**What do you like best about MobieTrain?**

What I like the most is that MobieTrain added up to our expectations, probably even better. 
Amazingly you can adjust it to your company style and use it for whatever subject you like. 
The different targeting groups are perfect too.

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

First of all, it is a great system.
Maybe you don't particularly need a question in one learning moment, but then again the system is built as a micro-learning system.
More like a little story-telling, with pictures and videos without having to answer a question but still making use of the shortness behind MobieTrain.

**What problems is MobieTrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment we don't have any problems with MobieTrain.
Everything works well!

MobieTrain offers content to all employees in a fresh and accessible way.

Launching the app on a smartphone is sometimes tricky.
Our target group has digitally-averse employees who give up (quickly).

 In this goal, we are successful.

**What do you like best about MobieTrain?**

That it makes a training fun and much more engaging for the participant
The question asking style is really appreciated and users notice the difference it makes to their knowledge retention

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

The image size restrictions are a little annoying, I need to work with a designer to resize almost everything.
It would be great if we could re-order learning moments in the same way that we can shuffle steps in the CMS
It would also be great if there was an app for users to access trainings
It would be good if we could retain the existing completion data if you unpublish to make small edits to a training and republish again

**What problems is MobieTrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are conducting new product trainings and very close to launching wider collection, material and brand & company trainings internally, along with a wider list of specialised product and some HR trainings. We have had positive feedback on the way the new product trainings are now being delivered. When we have these trainings live it will be great that everyone has access to the same information, no matter their working location or department.

**What do you like best about MobieTrain?**

Mobietrain allows me to quickly learn about the products we have in store and how to act as an associate/SFC. For management it helps us understand  logistically how to do specific things, like POs in Coupa.

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

It isn't always intuitive, and sometimes the answers are subjective. Sometimes logging in/password reset can be a challenge. Less repetitive tracks and more in-depth about the why and how, especially when it comes to customer service.

**Recommendations to others considering MobieTrain:**

If you are looking for a fun, quick way to train your staff, then Mobietrain is for you!

**What problems is MobieTrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When there is not enough time or management present, this solves the problem by providing the associates with a quick guide on product knowledge and customer service. To truly affect business performance, I think Mobietrain would need to be a little more in-depth.

The possibility for retail team members to get informations about new products they're receiving in their store. As it used to be difficult to find some extra informations from the one available on the website, it is now clearly gathered in the mobietrain app.

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

The traduction from english to french language is too approximative, even sometimes do not make sense. Maybe one translator chosen in each country of destination for each language could solve this.
Also, learning content sometimes arrive after the products are available for customers, making the selling process complicated for the early days. Having the informations sooner could be helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering MobieTrain:**

Mobietrain is a great learning tool. It will help your new team members to get on the basics of their job position. And also complete training for senior/expert team members by giving them new content to keep updated. Show them how to get on a learning content and the app will guide them through the way. The service and follow-up from Sven was great. The system offers a lot of possibilities. The start-up with our employees went smoothly.

The startup phase was quite tough. 
Getting the system under control was the first step, learning to write texts is not so evident.

I would have liked to have personal contact for the first appointments instead of via Teams.

On Android, it runs less smoothly, the app disappears after adding to the home screen.

The simplicity of the tool. Both the front-end for our users as the authoring tool. We can share knowledge fast in an accessible way. This was the biggest challenge before we used MobieTrain. We also see higher adoption rates of our employees using the tool.

Nothing much, I hope MobieTrain will develop more features that can replace our current, more complicated LMS

I would really recommend this tool to others, especially when using it for your operational workforce

**What problems is MobieTrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using a large LMS system of one of the big global players in the market, but we experienced it didn't fit the needs of our operational people in the DC's, Transport etc. They were not logging in because it was too complicated and time-consuming. With MobieTrain we deliver them the knowledge they need in a personalized, easy and fun way on the device they use most: their mobile phone or tablet. After implementing MobieTrain we see a huge increase in the adoption rates and the engagement on the platform.

It is a very powerfull tool in order to get the staff updated with the product and the new collection we recive at the store. It is very dinamic and entertaining so it is fun to use it.

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

For a new employee It takes a lot of time, that we don't have right now, to do all the courses. They shouldn't do the ones of old product and do just the onboarding and the ones with tools for sales or actual product. It would be awesome for an employee to do an express training in onboarding and the actual product when they start in the business.
For example, we rehired an employee she was with us during one year, and when we rehired her she had to do all the courses sha had done before. It would have been good to do just the onboarding to refresh concepts and actual product but not everything because It took a lot of time and we needed her on the floor as much time as possible.

to keep the team updated and trained in new practices and product.

**What do you like best about MobieTrain?**

I was already convinced by the tool and the company, but 1,5 years later I'm even more convinced!
Great new features, nice approach, easy in use (for creators as for trainees). We fully implemented the tool about 2 months ago and we have a lot of fans. We have an activation ratio of 90-100%, an improved particiation grate (x2 compared with classic tools) and we have a satisfaction score of 91%. There are not many tools which give you scores like this on such a short term.
Another important thing is the ability and flexibility of the employees of this society. The people of Mobietrain are always ready to help, guide and listen to problems and or needs or ideas. They do everything to make sure all your requests are implemented within the possible delays. So, special thanks to the people of Mobietrain!

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

It is a tool in constant development, so there are always little things that could be improved. But I have a complete confidence in their skills and ability to make from this great tool an even greater tool in the future.

Just take contact with them, you won't be disappointed

Mobietrain helps us with different things:

- Microlearning: easy and quick learnings for the most essential things. People from the field don't need to follow big learnings to get the most important info.
- Skill management: We will have a nice tool to get a nice overview for the end user about the different learnings and tracks to improve their different needed skills for their job. Or even for interesting skills for further career evolution.
- Closing the knowing-doing gap: thanks to the drill functions and possibilities the people.
- Mobietrain is the guide for trainees trough their knowledge and development. It's the learning GPS...

I like that it is very independent learning and that I can set someone up for 30 minutes work and not need to worry about them.

The main issue I had was regarding the exercise that required sliding the answer to the left or right; when this was done the answer was locked in, but we addressed this at the meeting

I have seen a huge increase in the engagement from the team, the now feel more confident in themselves and the product they are selling.

**What do you like best about MobieTrain?**

To have digital proof your team has the knowledge. There is always something for us managers to fall back on when performance is lacking. Retraining etc.

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

Older courses should be deleted faster. Sometimes the way things are asked are a bit too over the top (for the Dutch). We have noticed some small mistakes in the content here and there. It would be nice for the storemanagers to have a calander of courses that will be launched per season/year so we can plan and prepare. It would be better to not launch more than 1 new course per week because we notice some stores are falling behind.

Not having to overexplain or give (uninteresting) long presentations of certain topics. Saving time because I don't need to have two people away from the shop floor to train.

Easy to use, friendly, fun, and easy way to learn about new products, good to combine images, videos, text and questions. It is a very interactive and straight forward tool

**What do you dislike about MobieTrain?**

Very time consuming, images need to be resized, cannot add excel tables such as prices, etc. Excellent copywriting is crucial and this is hard job.

Increase learning culture, product knowledge in a fun way! Ensure the same training content within teams in different locations

It's a different platform for training that creates a vibrant and engaging basis for team members. Super easy to log team members time. It's a nice change of training from face to face or just videos

A long standing team member was deleted in error by Mobietrain and they had to redo everything to be compliant
Which was not a great use of time

it is amicable and easy to use. Dynamic and specific

Translations to Spanish are not good. It is not possible to see videos in different browsers. Some of the questions have trouble or wrong answers. We are not allowed to use it at home, so doing it at work is very complicated. When completing the final test, it is tough to remember the context of the question. I would like a final recap in pdf to print after completing a module, to use it in store.

It is a great tool, saving time to managers in terms of training to the team. We would love to see more topics.

Also very good branding possiblities.

**What do you like best about MobieTrain?**

I like the user friendliness of the authoring tool as well as the frontend app. We can create content very easy and fast. Something which is very important for us as a fast growing tech company with a lot of changes going on. Our previous solution was to complicated and needed a lot of support. The support by the Customer Success Team of MobieTrain is outstanding dough. They helped us with the lauch and the rollout campaign within the organisation to make sure the collaboration became succesfull, and it did!

Not sure if we are using all the options

Great tool; we use it to onboard our new people since we are a fast-growing start-up. We can create new content very easily and fast, which is very important for us. Our people really like the easiness, look & feel, and the personalization of the platform. The fact is the gamification elements that are incorporated in the platform really trigger the engagement.

We are small and probably we use half of the capacity.

The ease of use. We also have a personal follow up by the people at Mobietrain. So no real issues so fare and I was using it as one of the first, never a bad experience so far. Keeps improving

On the negative side, sometimes they are too long, we should summarize them; in some trainings, the completion time of 50 minutes is really too much. On the positive side, the quizzes are very interesting.
