Moat doesn't track on real time although it is about a 24 hour turnaround. Especially with short flights, it would be nice to track at the beginning of the campaigns quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MOAT is really great for tracking viewability, brand saftety, fraud, measured impressions, and mulitple other metrics that clients are looking to measure. I also like that MOAT gives you a number of ways to pull brand performance either as a power point, csv file, or excel document. Also, MOAT can easily integrate with vendors making checking performance and giving clients updates a seamless process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only dislike would be that there are so many other platforms that can measure the same metrics. I would like to see what MOAT's competitive advantage is compared to other data measurement platforms. Also, maybe i'm not aware, but it would be great if MOAT could set up automated reporting, so if I am pulling the same report every week, it can just be sent to me in the final format.
When pulling reporting I have noticed that some of the metrics are very similar which can be confusing to new users. For example, "in-view measurable impressions" and "on - screen measurable impressions" are often the same value, so it would be beneficial if MOAT would offer a one-sheet explaining all of the metrics as they differ from other similar dashboards or offer a dashboard training for partners. The level of depth of analytics metrics that they provide in their UI and for reporting, including providing their own benchmarks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That tracking is limited in that it is still pixel based and Oracle does not seem to have a solution for that on the Horizon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it summarizes the post boosted. Easy to navigate through the pages and data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Need better or more pleasing aesthetics. Easy to navigate, but kind of hard to look at. Need to improve on appearance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, we have been impressed with MOAT's ability to track user interaction and to filter out traffic we don't want. The interface itself is also pretty easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The trafficking process is pretty clunky still. There are completely separate processes for trafficking different types of ads, and we've had some issues with the promised turnaround time not being held to. Overall though, we are happy we started partnering with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the user interface, is phenomenal and they provide easy to digest graphical information, which is very descriptive at first sight. Plus, Moat has heatmap level metrics for advertising creatives, which are amazing to view. The alert system setup and the customization of the home screen reporting, works great, I can adapt the home screen at whatever I think it's important for me to see first. Something that I like the most about this sofware, is how easy is to collect the data of the effectiveness and impact of the campaigns that we made, and how saves the old campains impacts so I can compare the information. The reports that Moat gives me are very specific and complete which keeps me on touch in how is the campaign doing and the results, or what to expect in the future. The software itself is not complicated at all, but the exporting data process can be, so I think they should provide an easier way to export that information from one place to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find very useful that Moat collects insights of the customers preferences, because it gives me a clear vision of where the clients of the company wants the brand to go, and can also evaluate our performance in the supermarket field. It is very user-friendly, it doesn't have high prices and the data collection is exactly what is needed to keep up with the trends in campaigns, of my campaigns and plan future strategies. I really like the SaaS system, since this is the one who provides all the limitless brand information that moat has, I can really explore all the brands and all the marketing strategies without any restriction. And I love as well that from the first moment I used it, the software kept all the studies and data used with previous campaigns, giving me the opportunity to learn from past mistakes and study the evolution of the brand.
