What do you like best about Mo?

Inspiring way to keep in touch with team regularly with enough places for rewards to be redeemed, Great tool to be able to reward and highlight best results and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

Nothing at all I love it. The system platform works well, only thing I would prefer would be for team members to be auto enrolled rather than having to remember to sign up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I ahve had no problems with Mo. The system benefits me by making rewarding team easier and makes monthly awards much easier to coordinate and communicate with everyone. It saves me having to worry about paying rewards to people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

I like being able to shout out wins for my teammates and that we can nominate for awards. I also really like the voucher options. I really enjoy reading other people's mentions too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

Adoption is an issue - I'd like to see it being used more. I like the voucher options, but more generic ones would be even better. The limited number of characters available on the picture cards is a bit of a pain. It is improving, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

I love Mo. I think it is a great way for us to reward our colleagues for a job well done. The range of vouchers is absolutely great too. Even without the financial incentive, I think it's a really nice way to celebrate someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found anything that I dislike just yet. The only thing I would say is that there are people in the business that I have wanted to reward but haven't been able to as they are yet to be enrolled onto Mo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reward and recognition peer to peer. There hasn't been a platform like this before for us to call out the great work our colleagues do each and every day. What do you like best about Mo?

Working from home it is good tool to increase employee engagement and feel part of the team even though we may not always interact in person. The retailer list is good and you can always find something to use the credit for so rewards always are used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

System and app work well. Although the reward lists are very good more retailers could always be added to continue to improve the offering and motivation to engage with MO Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The range of companies that we can have a discount on and the fact you have the option to either publicise the moment or keep it private between you and the nominee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The "reward moment" button could be bigger and stand out more, so people can see it immediately as this has been missed on a few occasions as part of a teething issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
