What do you like best about Mo?

More interactive UI design, options are good but i believe it should be more easy to find so user can casily communicate specially when rewarding points, how much points should be come first Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

Easy to use and navigate. Great selection of shops/products to choose from when you get the rewards amount through, vouchers are available immediately and emailed over straight away to use as a normal voucher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

Not sure of anything that has not worked well...can sometimes take a while for bonuses to go on but thats probably not Mo but the people giving us the rewards.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

as per the title its a great way to show peer reward. Allows individual the opportunity to show appreciation for things you do. Also allows for team recognition and a reasonable way to build team morale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downsides are the layout and the slightly complex navigation of the site its not that intuitive. Could do with a bit of a redesign to make it easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

As a remote worker, it gives me better visibility of how people are working and collaborating together to get work done. It showcases and acknowledges the smaller wins and acts of kindness from our colleagues rather than just the bigger outcomes we are focused on. As a manager, it helps me see how my team is viewed across the business. The tool is simple to use and not overly complicated so easy to engage with, which is always a bonus. What do you dislike about Mo?

As a team we wanted to combine our rewards to distribute them to a number of people who had supported us with an initiative so some flex in how we can split/combine rewards at a team level would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is great to be able to use the platform to recognise a colleague quickly and for everyone else to see the 'thank you' including their manager. What do you like best about Mo?

How quick it is to share a moment, it's easy to reward colleauges for the hard work they do. The extra options to share gifs & other attatchments to make it more personalised is also a good touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If more than one person is tagged & rewarded this will put you in a minus & deduct from further months. An option to avoid this happening int he future would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
