What do you like best about Mo?

Is great to share news with and to all colleagues. Everyone is keept informed and up to date. Is a easy app to use by all staff. I have never seen any similar app for work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

I have just start using the app few days ago and I was excited and happy for having a work app that does not feel like work, but more like entertainment. I am confident that there is nothing that i could not like about this app. Really good and easy to be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

As a manager, this is a great tool for giving wider recognition to employees who are going above and beyond or who have done something I think should be celebrated by the wider company.

The site is very user-friendly also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

There should be more options for the 'add values' such as H&S and Security procedures as currently the selection seems limited to just two options. i hope to see more options on there soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can tell the employee that they are performing well but MO allows me to also let the wider company know including tagging their direct managers and senior managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

I like the way that if one of your colleagues has done something for you then you have the ability to thank them so that everyone knows how great a job they are doing and on top of that you can also give them a cash thank you as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've not come across anything I would say negatively about Mo as I can only see the positives that Mo can bring to the workplace Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Mo has filled a gap that was missing in our business. We have a way to thank our colleagues who do fantastic work and you can also let their manager know how great they are doing as well. I think Mo is a win win for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

Easy to use platform. Good user interface. I like the additions of seeing users birthdays etc - nice touch for what the systems goals are. I enjoy being able to combine and total up rewards for larger reward when it comes to cashing out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

I think it would be good for integration in to Teams. So there is a seamless transition, I do find slightly annoying having to go to another platform, but understand Microsoft do not give functions Mo offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not feel Mo is solving problems for me.

What do you like best about Mo?

Mo is an excellent way of thanking others for the big and little things they do. It always makes me smile when someone has submitted a Mo for me. It is a great way of letting people know they are appreciated! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no real downsides to Mo other than it would always be nice to have more Mo to dish out and more Mo to spend. It is super easy to use, so even the less technical people can easily use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

It has a very user friendly interface - easy to nabigate. I like the way you can react to posts and express yourself. I like that you can spend your reward how you like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I know you can turn off notifications if you do not want birthday or work asnniversary notifications. But can you opt out of your birthday/anniversary being shared to your team - could be a good option if not already in place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes people don't feel appreciated at work. So it is nice to have a dedicated platform to have your achievements recognised. It is also a nice space to applaud others Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

Mo is great for connecting with colleagues and sharing special recognition to those who have gone the extra mile. I love that we can intertwine our company values with the app and website and tag them to each post, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

There are no downsides currently to using Mo. I would be good to be able to search for colleagues by hotel when tagging somebody in a post. This would improve my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mo is allowing us to connect with other employees and share development within the company. It is great as we can reward employees with gift vouchers as well as share a post when we want to highlight when somebody has gone the extra mile and deserves recognition. What do you like best about Mo?

Mo is a great tool for recognition and employeee involvement. It allows you and the employer to say thanks and to genuninely show people you care. It can be financial, a shout out or even just a happy birthday. Whatever it may be, Mo has it and the interaction is huge especially when working from home has become the 'norm'.
