What do you like best about Mo?

Interface and the options are really great. One can do lot many things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still a separate module and not integrated in the HR Portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since thers is no way that one can give promotions and salary hike to everyone and if so, it happens once in a year or two or three. Mo helps to recognise the performance on instant basis and it becomes more interactive, as it runs like a social media handle with visibiity to others and flexibility to like or comment. What do you like best about Mo?

I love the website's look and feel. Its aesthetics is one of elegance and cozyness. As a front-end developer myself, I feel that the team responsible for it was both very competent and caring for every detail. From the soft colors to the creative animations, the general concept, and the funny logo that looks like a good mascot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

To be honest, I love Mo's proposal, but I don't see much point in using it since we have so much social media. It lacks some interest to me. Also, it would be better if we could CTRL+V screenshots directly, instead of first saving them. It lacks the ability to upload small gifs and videos to it, because I wanted to share accomplished work with coworkers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Actually, I lack interest and motivation to use Mo instead of other tools like LinkedIn or Microsoft Team, although I'm trying and just posted an update to my coworkers. I hope to see more motivation to choose Mo instead of other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mo?

We have been working with Mo for over 5 years now, and it has been well adopted in our multi-site, national hotel management company. Data and analytics are good and the Mo team are always on hand to help, support and grow our engagement of the product with our teams. Most of our employees don't have work email addresses and as such it can be a challenge to communicate and say 'thank you' to people, but Mo makes it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

We don't currently have an API feed between Mo and our HRIS so adding and removing employees is an admin task- it doesnt take very long but it is something we will hopefully resolve this year by connecting our systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problem- not being able to see people face to face to give reward and recognition- Mo solves this for us.

What do you like best about Mo?

It's great being able to recognise colleagues and pass on appreciation through Mo. Also being able to express appreciation with £ is excellent as is being able to also copy in their line manager. It's a great way of spreading the love and also reinforcing collaborative behaviours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

I sometimes find I want to pass on feedback for someone outside of my area which can be frustrating as I would like to be able to recognise and rewards any colleagues. I think that is the only critique I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mo platform is encouraging and reinforcing desirable behaviours. It is also nice to have a feedback platform that means that staff can give reward and recongition to peers, beyond just being a structure that allows managers to recognise team members in a hierarchal way.
